Beth, Josh and the team were friendly, polite and efficient. The car was well turned out and presented well. Paperwork was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

The only criticism we would have is that the Driveaway Insurance (which we were entitled to according to the official Skoda website) was not offered automatically and we felt we had to really push for it. However it was arranged for us and overall we were extremely happy with the service we received.

I had done my homework and knew exactly what I wanted before I even went to the showroom. I explained what I wanted and was shown possible available cars to purchase. I chose one that day. Richmond had it avaible to view and test drive within 3 days. And the overall purchase and paperwork were completed to my satisfaction and in just over a week I drove my new chosen car away. I was listened to and not pressured to purchase something I didn't want or could afford. Very refreshing.

It was a great experience buying a used car from Richmond Motor Group in Bognor. I needed a car quickly to attend a family gathering and even though the car I saw online needed to be brought to the showroom, Beth organised this immediately and I was driving the car home the next day with the sale complete. Beth was reassuring, professional and friendly throughout and really put me at ease. The car itself is brilliant. Would highly recommend.

Although new to his role, Joshua made the entire experience a pleasure. He was refreshingly genuine—nothing like the typical salesperson, which I truly respected and appreciated.

The whole transaction was carried out perfectly from first contact in the showroom with Jack Heeley to handover of the new car the level of customer service and care was exceptional.

My husband and I went into Richmonds Bognor Regis to look at part exchanging our car for a MG, a lovely lady called Bethney took us on a test drive, she sat in the back of the car and was very thorough with all the information about the car. We was so impressed with the whole experience
we brought the car. Richmonds staff were all nice and polite, we was offered a tea / coffee while they went through paperwork. I would recommend them to friends and family Well done Bethney.

I have purchased today an MG ZS Trophy. The sales assistant was extremely polite, efficient and had plenty of time to explain all the controls on the car.
However it would be very useful to provide a comprehensive manual handbook.
I would happily recommend the sales assistant to family & friends.

Shout out to Zoe on the service desk, she was fab. I was super stressed and rushing as had a million things to do today and she was so helpful and understanding. She was knowledgeable, professional and personable. Will be booking any work through Zoe in future.

Went to look at an MG SUV but did not realise what great value for money they are.Wonderful sales lady Sarah found us a pre reg SUV with 3 miles on the clock in a colour we loved on a top of the range model.Got an excellent deal & collected the car today.

Bought a 2 yr old car but had a fault. Told it had gone through a checking process prior to sale? I found issue within 30 mins of picking car up. Had car a week 3 visits to garage now waiting for a part to hopefully fix. Not what I expected to be doing when you buy a 2 yr old car. Staff have been helpful in trying to fix, but should I have to fix !! Great staff less than great cars.

The service I received throughout was great. Staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Very nice environment but the service itself was excellent. Was given plenty of information and options that suited my needs. I have already recommended them to my friends who are looking to buy a car.
