Our experience when first arriving to view a specific car seen online was very friendly and we were offered drinks. We were asked many questions about what sort of car we were looking for (used not new) and the representative was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. We cannot fault the service we have received and are delighted with our new car.

Thank you to Emily and the team for providing great customer service during the purchase of a new car. They were able to make repairs to the paintwork on the vehicle, great at communication and flexible in the pick up times of the car despite my busy schedule.

We had a problem with getting to the showroom, Emily kindly brought the car to our home for a test drive.
She went above and beyond with her customer service.

What a wonderful experience and great service. I needed my new car as soon as possible. Chris was very helpful with choosing the car, providing the details of the car and sorting out the deposit. I called the next morning to say I would be around to pick up the car. The team, Jamie, Matt and Joe, were able to finish the paperwork electronically so when I was at the dealership everything went smoothly. I live three hours away. I would highly recommend the dealership as they had the best price, best service and best car!

Richmond Suzuki Havant. Had made an enquiry and Nev Chapman contacted us to offer a test ride in an older model of the car we were after. We did this, which confirmed our choice. Despite not having exactly what we were looking for, Nev was excellent, searching all contacts and offering sound advice. We didn't purchase our car through him in the end, but would be very happy to do so in the future.
