Very polite, helpful and took time to explain everything at a pace and in a style that was easy to understand.
The vehicle handover was detailed and covered every switch and control ensuring I drove away safely.
His follow up support checking all was well after a couple of days was a great example of brilliant customer care, nothing was too much trouble for him.
