Very polite, helpful and took time to explain everything at a pace and in a style that was easy to understand.
The vehicle handover was detailed and covered every switch and control ensuring I drove away safely.
His follow up support checking all was well after a couple of days was a great example of brilliant customer care, nothing was too much trouble for him.

As soon as we arrived at the showroom we were made to feel welcome and valued. The salesman was especially good; friendly, chatty, knowledgeable, and not overbearing or pushy. He seemed genuinely interested in us as people and not just customers. A pleasant experience all round.

Excellent, professional service from the sales team. Car was really well presented when handed over, although I would have appreciated being some charge in the hybrid battery, which was completely empty.
