Second time Iv purchased a car from Richmond and iv been happy each time. This time there were a few niggles but Adam was fantastic and dealt with the issues and remained professional and approachable throughout the process.

Customer service at my local Richmond
I did my research beforehand and was pretty clear about what make, model, engine spec, etc I wanted. I spotted a car in Portsmouth thsr seemed ideal but rather than go all that way I went to my local Richmond garage. They had the right model but not the right engine. Joey investigated and found my Portsmouth car. By 4pm that day it was brought to Hedge End and I had a test drive. I bought it!

Great experience with Ben and Adam! Sorted the car that I wanted for a very good price and then has it ready for me to collect on the day that worked for me and couldn’t be helpful enough! Even got top reviews from my two pooches that came along for the car shopping!

A very warm welcome from the staff. Adam and Ben in particular helped us out to find a suitable car. There was no pushy sales man tactics. We gave them what we needed and our price points, and they made it work.
Great communication throughout the process. Will definitely return to them when we're looking for another car again.

The whole process of arranging a test drive through to purchasing the car was efficient and straightforward. Ben,(the sales person) who dealt with us was friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. Both Ben's and Jeff's ( the manager) explanations and answers to questions were clear and understandable. They made the whole process of purchasing the car easy. We highly recommend this garage.

Bought an ex demonstrator Skoda Superb
Bought an ex demonstrator Skoda Approved Skoda Superb with 8,000 miles and had it delivered.
When it arrived all 4 tyres were flat (All exactly 1.4 BAR) which is strange because there were no warnings when we test drove the car, and I was assured that the car was going to a secure enclosure prior to delivery after I paid my deposit. The car wasn't particularly clean. Both door umbrellas were missing, ice scraper was missing, manual is the wrong one. There is no first aid kit, warning triangle or wheel jack. In fact everything that isn't bolted down has been pinched.
Three months later I am being emailed and prompted by the onboard computer that the car has a service due.
I took it in to my local Skoda dealer who charged £357.00 for an Oil, Filter and Brake fluid service. Also, I need two new tyres - £402.84 due to wear.
So this is what you get with an ex-demo Skoda Approved Used car. I am very suspicious about the tyres!!
Oh, I should point out that they sent me the ice scraper - whoopee!!!
