The live support works - until you need to pay in, get bonuses, etc. Once you request a withdrawal, they will vanish. Once you close the page for half a minute, your chat will be closed because you are "far away for too long."
KYC - they will sit for an extremely long time on it; mine is still not accepted. The 24-48 hours verification they promote on their website is straight up a lie.
Withdrawals - just won't happen. They will make up every single possible excuse to not pay you out.
Avoid this casino, don't give them a penny and play on some bigger, more mainstream crypto casino.

They never pay out!
They give some great wins but win you withdraw the money just sits there in pending. They are very good at responding to emails although late at night saying the funds should be on the way soon but never arrive. They let you cancel the withdrawal so all that happens then is they take all the money back.

I thought I would not get my withdrawal. I was just not reading the emails from them because I did not see that there was an email from them that said I need to send my documents to verify my account so I can withdraw said the customer support.
