Tony has been our contact for maintenance for many years he has gone out of his way to make sure we would get the best service possible this is why although we have moved from Weston we still bring our car to Rick Case for scheduled service.

Great customer service, I was greeted as soon as I entered the drive port I was given detailed options on servicing my car. I’m very satisfied from every aspect of my visit dealing with my car.

Truly amazing service and experience from beginning to end. My sales representative opened the sales process perfectly. He showed me every car I was interested in and explained every feature they had. Every question I had was answered accurately. The test drive went really smoothly. Afterwards, I was helped not only by my sales representative but also the sales manager, and other sales representatives who came to speak with me while I waited to sign paperwork. It was a very friendly experience. The financing representative then closed and answered any last second questions I might have. Overall, my sales representative was extremely helpful. It didn’t feel like a forced sale, it was more like helping me choose a vehicle I would really enjoy. He stayed all the way until I left by showing me how the keyless system worked. He additionally explained everything from car wash service, tint service, and etc., so I can get the most of my purchase. It was a fun time at Rick Case. I’ll be back.

Albert Ortiz was amazing in helping me pick out the perfect car and working hard to negotiate the price we wanted. Albert was kind, honest, polite, patient and truly cared about making sure I was happy with the purchase. He made you feel like family and helped guide me through the entire process from start to finish. I never felt pressured Into buying the car or settling for anything I was unsure of. My experience at Honda exceeded my expectations thanks to Albert Ortiz and Paul Browne the manager. I would do business again with Albert and recommend anyone looking for a Honda to see Albert Ortiz!

This is the second time we buy a new car. We where in the area several months ago to see CRVs . We where back in the area Saturday evening and decided to stop back in. Our salesman Pedro Oslan was awesome took the time to show us many CRVs . It was around 7:45 pm - 9pm and we had not eaten dinner he was very concerned and found us snacks and went above and beyond to get us donuts, that’s was amazing we where very impressed. The finance manager Eduardo Beato was so very mice and down to earth he made the experience great. We will return in the future to purchase another car, the experience here was fantastic and would recommend the dealer to friends and family.

The salesperson John Cable was every helpful he got us a great deal and the financial officer help me with the monthly payments. I will sent my friends over to by a car.pp

I went to the dealership to get a service by Conmar. He was amazing. I needed to fix the splash protector of my car and he took care of my car. He went as far as showing me the damage and I was well informed of how to prevent any future problems. The mechanic that was there, mr.woodstock, was very helpful as well. Both very professional and thorough with all inspections.

Karen was excellent. She kept me informed every step of the way and was understanding when I told her I needed to hold off on some servicing due to finances. I truly appreciated her not being pushy. She even helped quote me for services so I could make future plans and budget myself. Service was much faster than I imagined it would. The only con from my experience was the overall price of the servicing. It was much more expensive than I imagined it would be, but I’ll be better prepared next time.

Andrew Bryan was great. Not pushy at all. I highly recommend him! Finance was quick and painless!

25 minutes to look at car/drive and negotiate. 45 mins to wait for cleaning of vehicle/ siting with finance and sign paper work.. in and out.

Mr. Rafael Devilla (sales & leasing consultant) and Mr. Paul Browne (sales manager) for Rick Case Honda, were consummate professionals who made a harrowing experience of purchasing/leasing a vehicle a pleasurable one. If I could give them 10 stars I would; they were patient, knowledgeable and treated my husband and I with the utmost respect and honesty.
The Rick Case Honda dealership was somewhat overwhelming and intimidating at first due to its size however once we had met Mr Davila we were put at ease. He spent a good length of time with us and patiently answered every question/concern we had.
My husband I have been loyal customers of Honda for over 20 years; the completion of this lease gives me my 5th Honda CR-V, my husband currently has a 2015 Accord and he will not part with it much to the diligence of Mr Davila explanation of the benefits of trade in/leasing.
I would highly recommend this dealership; especially Mr Davila, Mr Browne as well as the finance department to my family and close friends looking to purchase a vehicle. They all deserve recognition for their efforts!
