I can’t explain the level of…

I can’t explain the level of satisfaction and the trustworthiness I feel when I talk to Samir Kapil. He is not just a good salesman, he actually listen and wants to help you in any way possible. He’s always available for any questions and will make effort to get all the answers.
He just made the whole experience of buying a car much nicer, smoother and exciting, like it should be.

I would recommend him and riddermark to my close friends or anyone who would think of buying a car, because you’re not only buying a car but an experience as well :)

Very poor after sales service

I purchased a van from Riddermark, and within two days it would not start. Eventually - after some very unclear messaging between me and an approved Riddermark garage, during which I was promised a replacement van, which was not provided at all, leaving me without a vehicle - the battery was replaced and it worked again. As soon as the van was delivered to me, there was a maintenance light on the dash, suggesting an oil filter needed maintenance. I mentioned this to my salesperson, and he said he would look into it. He never came back to me. Eventually, the maintenance light was replaced by a 'visit dealer' warning, and now my van is not starting at all. As a self-employed carpenter, I need my van to go to work. I was put in touch with the complaints team, who sent me a list of garages to book a service (it is my opinion the van needs another service, as the most recent service carried out by Riddermark was clearly not completed correctly). Having phoned each of the five garages, nobody has a spot available for a week. That in itself is no problem, as long as Riddermark gives me a replacement vehicle so I can go to work. I have mentioned this to them (on email, it is impossible to phone them), and they have offered 'up to 300 SEK/day' to cover a hire charge. This amount needs to be 3x more than that in reality to cover the cost of a van from Hertz, for example. I refuse to see why I should be out of pocket for a problem that existed before I bought the van, and is down to a poor service by Riddermark prior to me buying it.

Stefan was my contact person and he…

Stefan Nas my contact person and he make us vehicle delivery as he committed with easy process. This is my first buy in Europe and I will continue from my vehicle journey in Riddermark Car in the future too.
Vehicle was same as mentioned in the advertise apart from number plate damage and he committed that he will help to correct the issue. Over all it was excellent experience to buy the vehicle in riddermarbill.se

Riddenark bilar is dangerous sellers

Please please
Am warning everyone to be careful if he or she is buying car from this car dealers riddmark , in case you buy it don’t let them deliver it when is dark, normally most cars have winter and summer tyre’s but this company take the tyres and sale it back to you, they also sales a dirty car, , there is always fault in the cars, always check their keys , they even removed the original carpet from the car, please this company is really bad, scammers, most cars they sales is really faulty, and if you are giving your car to them please make sure they pay the loan in your car, don’t ever contact a seller call Casper or Jesper his name is, especially the manager is such a bad manager, be careful of riddenark bilar. Warning watch and make sure of the quarantee on the car, if you don’t agree with them you end up no quarantee, am just sharing my experience and other’s experiences we had. And I will continue to post you guys until you guys change your criminal act on customers, this is not only sites I will post you guys, Google, YouTube everywhere. All is about give good services to the customers, even the driving’s companies you guys using them to deliver the car is bad, the was food hidden under the seat and inside the car was full of food.
In my entire life this most humiliating service I have ever received. Even if this site don’t post it I wil continue posting it in different places.

“The People at Riddermark were great to work with”

I have excellent experience in purchasing a car and also sell a car. The man I've communicated with is Carl-Edward Wallin. The person is very transparent in his commitment and good communication. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The car arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described on their website. I'm thrilled with the quality and will definitely buy a car from Riddermark again in the future.

This seller is a scam!! Go away

When you buy a car for an export in France and at the reception, the car have no electrical system for the headlights and the car broke down juste 3 days after you had it....And after the seller doesn't want to make the European conformity garantee work which is mandatory for all sales of second-hand cars in Europe and which is different frome the manufacturer's garantee. This seller is a scam, go away from him :((((

Make sure you have offers in written

I tried to sell my car with them for an agreed price. The guys that came, took the car for a driving and he mentioned the car sounded good, handling was great and it was in perfect condition, all working. Then they decide to rev it up and they mention the turbo makes a strange sound. The sound was totally normal, in my opinion. They send an audio to a guy and then they call me to say the turbo does not sound good and they are not going to buy the car. They mention that if I can have a report indicating the turbo it's fine, they will by the car.
I ask them: if I get the car fully serviced in advance (until January - February 2024 it was valid the service) and checked the turbo, if they will give me the price I wanted previously. Their answer: if you get the confirmation the turbo it's fine, we can match your asking price.
After spending 13.000 SEK in the service including 3000 only in verifying the turbo, Volkswagen confirmed the car it's in perfect condition and now even more with oil, filters and DSG oil changed. They also confirmed the person who said the turbo had a problem had no idea about how a turbo sounds.

Now, I called them again and they are not keeping the agreement (unfortunately all was by phone) but they are also offering even less.

I won't be selling my car with this company.

Great experience

Our experience was great from the begining! The communication was easy, straightforward and very honest about the car condition. We have received more detailed pictures of the car, we had delivery to home and test drive. They helped us also after we purchased the car with some details and we highly recommend to buy car from them! So much better, easier and stress free then trying to buy a car in person from not very honest car dealers.

Satisfied customer

The sales representative Mr. Koppany was very cooperative and honest about every detail of the car. Moreover, he was very fast in his response to my queries and made sure i was satisfied with my inquiries. Very kind and a gentleman. The driver who came with the car Alex, was also a very gentleman and spoke to me with patience.

I definitely recommend to work with this team. They are very professional and customer oriented.

The worst company ever!!!

The worst company ever!!!
I buy a car to them and from day one the car had problems with glycol. They told me to send it to mechanic and when I send to the mechanic it comes more problems. The car is in such a bad situation so I can't be able to drive it. It have oil problems all the metal under the car is broke ( which they knew it but they still sell it). I contacted them and they say will take the car back and give me a new car. I found the car I wanted and the price difference was just 15.000 extra but they try to fool me and say I should pay instead 39.000 kr extra. With little words I have still not get help from them. I have contacted a lawyer and gonna make a lawsuit for them. My suggestion is to not buy a car from them. They are not serious and they are scam company. Google their name and see how many people they already have scam.
