Excellent customer after sale care
Excellent customer after sale care. Had an issue with Start/Stop on my Volvo v90. Turns out the car is really sensitive so even small underperformance from the aux battery or the main battery can cause the issue. They sent me to one of their authorized workshops, had the aux battery changed. Didn’t fix the issue. Then they had the main battery changed. Now it works perfectly.
You’ve earned a customer for life as long as you keep your customer care quality like this.
Smoothest and safest car deal ever
I wanted to trade my car to a new one. I checked their webpage and found the car I liked. I called Riddermark and talked with the seller Ali was incredible. He answered all my questions about the car I wanted to buy (which were many!!!) very quickly. In few hours I have gotten all my questions answered and I was confident to do the trade of my car and finance my next car with them.
Ali works in Riddermaek Stockholm, I live in Stenungsund and he got my next car delivered at my door and my car taken from my door. It was absoletly the SMOOTHEST buy ever. My husband was impressed and even shocked. The contracts were signed digitally after my car passed their inspection (the driver is very skilled and carry a detailed inspection of my previous car at my place). I received the money left to pay my bank and finish the finance of my previous car less than 2 days after the trade. You can trust Riddermark and specially Ali that your deal will be conducted seriously and smoother than you can imagine!

Complete disaster
Traded in my car for a 7 seater. Problem arose right after, squeaky noise when driven for awhile, airbag issue. When I complained they sent me to a service that said noise is from brake, Riddermark offered to replace. Fine, but then 2 3 months after, repeated calling service guys, they ignore my question for airbox.
The real fun begin when recently it developed an oil leak. From Sept 2023 to now I only driven the car less than 2k kms, in which from the date of purchase, the car has to be in service for almost a month, no crash nothing. Decided to take it to a Meca service and the guys just shown there is a huge issue with the gearbox that was temporary fixed before.
So bad luck or not, I'll never buy from here again.

Scammed
Scammed! Very fast to arrange the payment of the car, but when the car was delivered without agreed service repairs which were actually the reason we agreed to buy the car (with repair), constant promises followed. Had confirmation on message as a guarantee as well. Excuses such as the repairman forgot to fix the damages, lost email, refusing to pick up the phone and not answering the messages. Extremely unprofessional behaviour.
Avoid at all costs.

Bad customer care after the purchase was made
Update 12/Jun/2024: Even they said they will try to solve this, they haven't even tried. Although, I've sent a few emails after their reply on this post. Downgraded from 2 to 1 star for the experience.
They are good with you and always available until you purchase the vehicle. Then they are not interested if you are not satisfied with anything!
What happened is, we had small misunderstanding with the seller, when we were agreeing on the details for the purchase, I've asked if the car have summer tires on it, and if yes, to give me another winter set of tires with the car, otherwise no. The car came with 4 seasons tires and additional set of winter tires with rims for big amount of money. After the purchase was completed, in a few days (after I've experienced the drive with all season tires), I've called back the seller and I've asked to return the new winter tires and rims, as I don't need them (they haven't even been mounted to the car at all, they were in the store). The seller rejected my request on a polite way, which I tried to understand even is against my rights, so I asked them at least if they can exchange all of the 8 tires and rims, with 4 other ones, with all season tires but biggest possible size (to match the price for the 8 tires and rims). They said that they will look what is the better option for them and let me know (reimbursement or exchange 8 for 4). A month later I've received a call from other person (after I've raised a claim on the site), and he told me that they will refund the money for the new tires, all he needed was my bank account details, and the invoice, so they can see the correct amount. Almost 2 months later, still no reply, or no money back from them. Totally unprofessional and really bad customer care. I've raised a few more complaints, no reply at all.

Selling an old car
We got an offer from Riddermarkbil for our car. It was a bit higher than the trade-in offer we got from other companies. The process was smooth and very quick!
They sent a person to come home. He inspected the car, checked all the logs and did a test drive. And at the end gave a final offer which we could accept or reject.
Once we accepted, the payment was also immediate.
Overall very happy with the smooth and hassel-free process!

This is worst experience i have buying car from riddamark .I was told that the car has a service book and is already serviced but i couldn't see any service history of the car or any service book,i have ask the seller about my servicebook but anytime i called him or sent text requesting for the service book he will ignore my request.
I bought a transport car from riddernark
that i only used only 3 days it developed fault
the car could not start again,i have to pay 3898kr for towing truck to tow the car to mechanic in Södertälje were i was ask to drop the car , i was told buy the seller that i will get back the money but now after sending him the faktura he is not answering my calls and sms again. it took 7 working days to fix the faulty keys i have to stay without car for my work. just this week i noticed the car is leaking oil from the engine.
