RIDEAWAY have great customer service
RIDEAWAY have great customer service, should you need it. They are so helpful, and the delivery comes pretty quick.
The products are good quality, and if you need a bargain rug for your horse they have multiple sales throughout the year. I would highly recommend Rideaway.

Long wait
Customer service was difficult to reach over the Christmas period. I understand they will only have Skelton staff but the waiting time give was way out and I had assumed that it was closed after say it was a 5 min wait and I was still waiting 20 min later.

The sizes they quote are completely…
The sizes they quote are completely wrong and very much smaller than given. The two sizes I ordered, as I can be one of two sizes depending on which shop I go to, were both much smaller than actual UK dress sizes. Rideaway need to put accurate correct sizes on their website.
