I bought flow street 9 bike for my grandson,it’s useless, even in mode 3 it hardly assists and is unrideable on any type of hill, when I realised he couldn’t ride the bike I looked into the setting menu and tried to increase the assist, that didn’t go well and its now not working at all,I have tried to contact flow for the settings to make the bike work again but no reply.
I recently purchased the Street9 electric BMX and couldn’t be happier with both the bike and the outstanding customer service I received. From the very beginning, Jono went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. My original bike had an issue with the speedometer, and after many emails, checks, and patient troubleshooting, the team made the incredibly generous decision to send me a completely new bike free of charge.
The replacement arrived the very next day, which was a brilliant surprise. Assembly was minimal — just a few simple steps and it was ready to ride. Once on the road, the bike feels fantastic: smooth, responsive, and genuinely fun to ride. It looks great too, with a clean, modern design that really stands out.
Flow has earned my trust not just because the product is excellent, but because their customer care is exceptional. Huge thanks to Jono for making the whole experience so positive. Highly recommended.
Having now bought 3 of the Flow9 Street BMX and it's almost Christmas, I just wanted to share another review and add an update to say all of the bikes are still working as good as new and if you are looking for something like this go for it while its on sale, it's the most fun you will have in ages and they really are great fun bikes, make someone's Christmas extra special with one of these :)

I bought this scooter for Medical reasons and it was recommended by a friend of mine. Overall my experience was good with the scooter. When I first bought I had problems within a week, after couple of days riding I had confusion on how far the distance the scooter can travel, it felt like it was underperforming. But most importantly I had a inner tube fail on me. At first I thought I had the same problem as my friend, a value problem. Thankfully Flow have great service and were able to help me immediately. Within two working days I got a inner tube replacement for free and replaced it soon after. When I took the old one out it turned out to have been rubbing against the tire it self leaving deep crevices in the inner tube. This was the aftermath of the inner tube not being placed in correctly. Overall I am still happy with the purchase and the service provided was well received . After 55 miles I had to do very minimum maintenance and even cycled while raining, and it still works like wanders. It's a solid budget choice with plenty of features. Thank you guys, I appreciate everyone who contributed towards Flow and make it possible :)

So I've only had my Camden Air 350W for about 1 weeks and a half I already have issues with my brakes coming loose constantly on top of the that my front tyre which contains the motor keeps deflating but they don't cover tyres or brakes in the Warranty but send out faulty scooters then don't help you be careful buying from this company seems a bit dodgy from day 1

Great new product - the Camden Air is a great bit of kit.
Taking to use in France for staff transport. (Ski Weekend)
Top customer care too...
On contacting Chris of the Flow Support Team for help with a spare part for my Flow e.scooter, he really was so helpful, even though my particular model was no longer available to buy, he did not give up there! Chris went on the hunt in the workshop to try and locate the part for me. Two days later I received it in the post! What a super AFTER SALES SERVICE - MANY THANKS CHRIS AND THE FLOW TEAM!

Please read this review before you buy any products from this company Flow...
I bought two scooters from Flow, one Brooklyn, and the other is ST KILDA.
Brooklyn: I bought the Brooklyn in March 2021(paid £829), we got two
bad punctures (unlucky, nobody's fault) we fixed it but the scooter
then completely broke down because of a very poorly
designed/constructed rear-wheel attachment and wiring to the motor
(which is embedded in the rear wheel on the Brooklyn). Essentially if
you ever need to pull rear-wheel out (to replace a tyre for instance),
it's almost impossible to do so without completely pulling out the
power and control wire/cable that goes to the motor, which is only
barely glued to the frame... In our case, after we replaced the tyre,
the cable had come loose and it ended-up rubbing against the tyre.
Eventually the cable rubber shield melted, exposing the electrical
wires, which melted and fused ot each other in turn, causing the
scooter completely break down. Once this happens, the motor will
report a fault and you won't be able to ride. Given the likelihood of
punctures, and the complete lack of explanations/warnings or even
basic maintenance instructions from FLOW, you'll just eventually have
the same issue as us...
We spent a few hundred pounds to fix it but couldn’t fix it. First a
lot of scooter repairers just won't touch this thing because they
don't want to work on a brand/design they don't know. A bit poor form
repairers, but I guess FLOW could also publish/publicize maintenance
manuals, which they apparently don't. Repairers who accepted to look
at it eventually decided they won't do this particular job either
because they say it needs to be done by a qualified electrician (I
guess it's fair enough), and electricians - possibly not very skillful
nor interested in this repair - just give up. So without the
possibility of repair, I contacted Flow customer support and asked for
a solution (because it was during the warranty period) but they didn’t
do anything. They eventually suggested that I buy a new scooter with a
discount, as goodwill. We decided to go for it and buy new one last
November, opting for a different model because Brooklyn's design is
just flawed and very hard for maintenance...
SSt Kilda: it was nice for a month and a half or so, lighter and feels
smoother than Brooklyn... But we now just regret this purchase all the
same. We should have just run away from FLOW instead of giving it a
second chance... At some point, while using the scooter, it stopped
working and the power went out. The throttle just useless. This almost
caused a serious accident because the scooter suddenly lost power
while under load. I contacted the customer support, they said
something inside the brake mechanism part must be broken. As it turns
out, there's a small button under the brake handle that is supposed to
be pressed on when the brake is fully released, if this button becomes
not pressed (because you are squeezing the brake handle for instance),
then the motor stops accelerating, as if you had completely released
the throttle. For some reason this button seems to be never pressed
now, even when we fully release the brake.. So customer service asked
me to change/repair this myself and they sent me some part that they
thought needed changing based on our description of the fault.
Absolutely nobody inspected our scooter physically or even remotely...
Anyway I followed the instructions and tried to fix this but first,
the part they thought needed replacing was in fact just fine... And
after replacing it anyway, the button is still constantly depressed,
and the scooter still won't throttle up. So I contacted Flow support
again and now they are refusing to do anything further even with the
thing under warranty period (just broke down after one month and
half). Apparently brake mechanisms are not covered in the warranty
(makes you wonder what is covered doesn't it?). How disappointing is
this?
Now I just realise I should have not bought any electric products if
they don’t offer any repair service. I really recommend you to buy a
more established brand like Pure, or Shaomi, any of the bigger brands,
so you can easily find how-to videos/tutorials for basic maintenance
for your product, and equally you'll easily find a repair/maintenance
service. For example, if you buy Pure or other big brands, you can go
to any Halfords or other e-scooter repair shop, even bicycle shops.
But if you buy a Flow scooter, no one you're on your own.
Do not buy FLOW, and good luck if you already have.
