I recently bought the St kilda XTS pro scooter from this company. The sales team were extremely helpful and patient with me as I do ask many questions . I bought this feeling very assured in regards to the after sales care. I previously owned a xiaomi model which is no comparison to the one I have now. My flow scooter feels so solid on the road which gives me a sense of a safer ride,much more than my previous scooter. The wheels are bigger and feel more stable while riding, which is pretty smooth and you don’t feel the bumps unlike other scooters I have tried before. The battery which comes off is a great feature which makes charging it an easy process without having to carry the scooter to the charger. One of the top features is how it doesn’t lose speed going up inclines.great battery power.The cruise control makes life so much easier. All in all a Fantastic product which I highly recommend if you want to buy one .

Great battery and smooth ride

I had a problem as I was the unlucky one to get probably a faulty scooter from the warehouse, I had straight away a brand new scooter from the company.
Now everything is fine.

Customer service was very responsive; courteous and helpful (which was the nice touch I was hoping for with a fledgling local business); delivery was rapid (next day!); product l(Brooklyn) looks fantastic, the industrial metal design is very unique (looks far less ‘futuristic’ than other scooters on the market); I’m waiting to see how long the battery lasts when the weather improves; whilst there will be other scooters on the market with longer battery life, I don’t think it will be vastly different and will not preclude me from riding where I want to ride!

Overall, very happy with my purchase!

From ordering to delivery was less than 24hrs.very well packaged. Easy to assemble. Instructions very clear easy to assemble, only 3 things to fit onto the scooter. The reason I chose this scooter was the look,the reviews & the 2 Yr warranty. First impressions I'm very pleased with this scooter

Its been very cold and wet till today it was the first time i
I tried to use it and it is total rubbish sorry it was slow
sum this up 2.7 mile there and back making 5.4 mile total and was on the last bar this must be faulty
Now this response is a joke for returning it

Still no refund was sent back over 3 weeks ago an told over a week ago that a refund would be done and no it has not confirmed Friday nothing showing

Service was very nice and exceptionally personalised. Due to Covid 19 restrictions to the deliveries at the the time I bought this scooter, there was no guarantee that I would get it delivered before Christmas. So I was offered the option to pick it up my self, from their office in Hammersmith. All went smoothly and well. Thank you very much for your help.

I've just got the St Kilda and it's awesome! I love the design, it's fun to use (goes pretty fast) and also feels very responsive so I'm comfortable using it around town. The long battery life is definitely a plus. Fantastic customer service, thanks!

Impeccable service – seamless from purchase to delivery. I was a bit confused about which Scooter would be right for me and Flow recommended the St Kilda. I love it! My new wheels have changed my view of living in London! Electric Scooters are the future!
