I hadn't even heard of gravel bikes a month ago but a chance encounter led to me discovering Fustle. The customer service is second to none and after my initial enquiry I spoke with Alastair who explained the differences in their models and which might suit my needs best.
The bike arrived quickly and is brilliantly packaged. It was simple to put the wheels and bars on following the assembly guide too. It looks stunning the paint work is class.
Fustle got in touch to see how I was getting on and answered the few questions I had as I've never had this type of setup before.

I have already covered about 50 miles+ on it and I'm floored with how good it is!
Fast, light and grippy means it's an absolute weapon on the trails and forests round here and it's taken a whole 6 minutes off my previous time commuting which is 80% off road/ 20% road!
I'm over the moon with my new bike and I'm happy that a company from NI is making such a brilliant bike.

Awesome Experience! Cant recommend enough, no question was too much hastle, taking my details and measuring frame/components against it to suggest best sizing and fitting options! Now just have to build the bike to enjoy riding it!

Its simple really, we were treated like family by people who are passionate about cycling. This is evident from the bikes they produce , the bike fits like a designer glove , is so responsive , pure quality.

Fantastic bike from a fantastic group of people that couldn’t be more helpful in ensuring you ride away on the setup you need! The bike itself has provided me with exactly what I was looking for, which is a bike that’s great fun on the trails but also allows me to cover longer distances to explore the local area. Really can't rate the Fustle team highly enough! Amazing service and the best bike I have ever owned. It's comfortable but also really fun to ride and can handle really techy terrain like a dream.

Bought an 810 back in September 2020, after countless of questions from my side, which the team patiently and competently answered! In hindsight the spec they advised is absolutely spot on.

I use it 5 days a week for central London commuting duties (shamed to admit it hasn't seen a lot of gravel yet..) and for me it's the perfect commuter. Not as fragile and a lot more comfortable than the road bikes, much faster than the hybrids. Rocking a pair of 700x40 Schwalbe Marathons it rolls fantastic. I use it hard regardless the weather, but after 1,5y it's showing no signs of wear or fatigue- very impressive and a testament to the quality of this bike.

If I were to change one thing: the 1X set-up naturally lacks a bit of top end for road use, most notably downhill. It's possible to get a (slightly) bigger front sprocket to address that.

Conclusion: 110% recommend!

Ride, Explore sums up my first 4 months of Fustle ownership. As far as a progressive gravel bike goes I doubt there is much better available. Living in the Scottish Borders it is perfect for steep and techie while equally at home comfortably covering miles of gravel. The team were great when I made the decision, especially Aaron. Now looking forward even more to a long spring and summer!

A great purchase experience from start to finish, Aaron got in touch straight away about my bike order and guided me though the process. I had a size query and he took measurements and stats from my old bike to compare size and fit. They even personalised my bike for me. Superbly packaged and bike fit perfectly without needing to make any adjustments. The bike itself is amazing quality and fantastic to ride, my PBs are coming in thick and fast with it. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t recommend buying a Fustle more. The entire process of purchasing my bike was a shining example of great customer service. I wasn’t sure which frame to order, the team helped me work out my specific sizing requirements right down to the correct spacer stack size and the bike arrived ready to ride with a setup that suited me right out the box.

Had my first ride today and really pleased with the handling and balance of the bike, all the gear on it is good quality - no skimping out on small components. Can’t wait to get some bikepacking trips under my belt.

A great experience with Fustle. Contacted immediately after purchasing online and through out to make sure I was getting the exact bike I wanted and any requests I needed were dealt with. Also a fast turn around. The bike was ready for pickup within 4 days of order. You can tell they love and have pride in the bikes they make and so they should. The Causeway is a brilliant bike.

Fustle dispatched the frame reasonably quickly but were let down by Parcel Force who sent it to the wrong hub which added a few days into the delivery. Fustle customer service was fast and sorted it as soon a I flagged the issue though.

Not only did the boys sort one problem, but without asking they went the extra mile and sorted another couple unasked for niggles.

Excellent service right from the beginning I ordered a bike close to Christmas 2020 and Alistair and the team had it shipped to me before the 25th.
When you mix an awesome product with a rad group of people you get Fustle. Really happy to be riding their bikes.
