I had a Jetson folding pro electric bike and I really liked it. When I bought the bike I registered it with the company. Last week my bike was stolen but fortunately there is video footage of the theft. I filed a police report and gave them the video. Now all they need is the serial number for the bike which shouldn’t be a problem because I registered it. I contacted Jetson to get the serial number and they said they changed their system so no longer have the information. Are you kidding me? They didn’t keep the files from all their customers? I emailed them back explaining that police have everything they need except the serial number. They said sorry and maybe I should give the video to the authorities to help with the investigation. Are they even reading the emails? The authorities have everything just the serial number which Jetson should have since I registered it. Incredibly frustrating!

My daughter's hoverboard was not functioning properly after about 9 months after I purchased the product. I contacted customer support and they were able to help me out immediately and will be sending me a replacement unit. It was easy and seamless. Great job on your customer service Jetson!

From the start I have had trouble, battery would not charge. Now they will not hold a charge and I have 2 unusable bikes. Customer Service has not been helpful I continue to get the run around.

Worst ever customer NO SUPPORT. The virtual assistant is useless. Once you finally get a human...they are less than helpful.
You absolutely get what you pay for...if you like cheap...this is the bike for you!
i can not seem to find a actual phone number to this company. this seems like the worst way to do business. i dont care to text the damn bot. it can not do anything to help you with your problem. i have to say this is one of the worst companies i ever dealt with. regret buying anything from such a crappy company. i really hope for everyone else sakes you do not buy anything from such a horrible company such as this one. jetson scooters are nothing but crap. dont waste your time or your money please.
Had one bike, and recently ordered a second. Bike arrived with no serial number and a nonfunctioning charger. Suprised and suspicious that an item like
this would have no serial number. After an hour or two of trying to find the number and jumping through hoops about the charger, a new charger arrived after a week.
So a couple hours of my time, and a week late of being able to ride, resulted in no consideration of any of this by Jetson. Low expectations on my part resulted in no surprise there. Customer hassle means little to them
Terrible customer service, they just ignore you and after a while they close the ticket because they said you haven't replied. In reality you are waiting their answer what it is never to happen.

I have tried to contact this company several times in the last three days only to receive help from a bot. The bot can only help so much and I really need a human. We've owned our hoverboard for 7 months and it's doesn't run anymore and we have a warranty but can't seem to get any help from Jetson. This is really frustrating!!😠
I ordered 6 bikes and only received 1. I can't get a hold of anyone, ever. I just want to cancel my order but I can't!
When I got I put it together and took it for a ride, very smooth which makes it a great buy
Purchased as a Christmas gift and tire would not hold air. I have been trying to reach customer support via chat and phone. Spoke to somebody and said she would email me instructions for replacement tire and did not receive anything. I then called again and chose option for them to call me back and it took them almost 5 hours to call. When they did call they let it ring once and hung up. Minute later they did it again let it ring once and hung up. Chat is the same no real person ever gets on. I am now waiting again for a call back which probably will be waiting for hours. Worst customer service. Regreting buying the extended warranty and buying 2 bikes.
This review would have been 5 stars except for the fact that customer service could not correct an ordering mistake I made which leaves me with an extra kart. Maybe a preview of the bill would have helped. Once you hit proceed you have bought it. Very happy with their product and sure my grand children will love it. Thanks for getting it here before Christmas.

Jetson’s customer service is the best I’ve experienced of any company in any industry. Polite, professional, fast responses to my query. They kept me up to date as things changed without me having to chase them.
I can thoroughly recommend Jetson to anyone considering an e-bike. A wonderful company that deserves every success. (and no, I’m not being paid to say this!) I am telling everyone I know that they are brilliant. They could probably make a side business teaching other companies how to run their customer service departments. They are simply that good.
