Amazing customer service! I had an issue with some ski goggles and mittens I bought. I received replacement goggles straight away and a free beanie as goodwill. Deffo recommend this company as they couldn't be more helpful and understanding.

I'm giving 5 stars simply because their customer service is easily the best I've ever seen.

I had a small issue with my product which I'm sure was not the normal situation, because overall the item was really high quality (small problem with stitching)

The support was from a real human, able to understand a dynamic situation rather than a robot or automated system. This was super quick even though it was a Friday evening, it was like emailing a friend rather than a company, they were back to me within minutes and I got the same person each time I replied. (I think Pamela was her name, top marks)

I was given 4 valid, realistic options to fix the situation ranging from a full refund, a replacement of the original order and even an emergency delivery to my ski location even though I hadn't left yet, or a fully paid for repair.

5 stars easy. I still need to send back the faulty pair and it's fully advance paid postage. I would buy from these people 100 times over.

I've been snowboarding for over 25 years now and for the first time in that quarter of a century I now finally felt like I was doing dealings with my equal fellow and enthusiastic riders when communicating to the guys at Ridestore.
The fair pricing and quality goods was then a icing on that cake, so keep up the good work.

I have now ordered from Ridestore for 3 consecutive seasons. Every order has been punctual and the quality of kit has been amazing. Having suffered 2 separate order complications (once ordered to old address & once double ordered a £500 order) I can confirm that the Ridestore after care team is extremely fast and effective at sorting out any issues that arise. I will no doubt be returning next December/January to update up kit once again.

Wow, havent seen anything like this. I ordered some ski pants, but I ordered the wrong size and that was definitely not a problem. I sent them back for free ,sent them the return receipt and they already started deliverying the new sized pants before even they receive the wrong sized ones. Amazing customer support, we were almost chatting .They made sure I feel safe and comfortable about my order.

These guys are amazing. Great quality product. My snowboard trousers ripped at the seam but as soon as they knew this they offered to refund, exchange or replace the product. I bought them in Nov but didn’t use them till February. They had no issues with this. Will always use them as there customer service is top notch! 👍🏻

Ordered something and never arrived. Sketchy customer service and not to be trusted retailer.

Products are really qualitative, look & feel is excellent (like on the pictures!), and above all the customer service level is really on point. I love Ridestore! I will keep on ordering my ski gear there in the near future.
