As a customer with CD's, I felt very duped when signing up for a promotion in checking back in October 2024. Three direct deposits and a bonus would arrive. It never did. Now I hear about a "minimum" needed which was under the new $300 minimum for each direct deposit. I work a part time job and, although close to this newly disclosed amount, I did not qualify.
Had I been advised in full disclosure; I would have never agreed to this offer and would have taken my checking business to another institution.
For this reason, I will be pulling my CD's out at time of maturity and never doing business again with this bank. There are too many options, and my current bank's check promotion did offer what I needed. I am sure the bank gathered their bonus or benefit by my sign up, I did not!

Jeannette Mulholland Manager of the Rockaway Point branch has always gone above the call of duty in her dealings with me. I have dealt with many bankers over my 74 years but Jeannette has been more than just a person doing her job she cares for her customers taking care of everything. Not just on the date below but every day of the year.

I have been to the sedgwick avenue branch and if I have any issue I will go to Fiona Watkins and she will help me fix it she is very patient and professional.. even on the phone if it's a issue she is readily available god bless her and ridgewood bank is happy to have her and the rest of the staff at that branch are the reason why I will only go to that branch

I recently wrote my first children's book and wanted to setup a business account at the Ridgewood Savings Astoria branch (I have personal accounts with them as well). Christian went above and beyond to answer any questions and to inform me of all the important steps. The entire team at the Astoria branch are kind, helpful and make you feel welcome. It truly feels like a neighborhood bank where they know their customers. I LOVE this bank and look forward to stopping in and saying hello to the team there. We had a wonderful experience at the Ridgewood Savings Bank on Sedgwick Ave. Ms.Fiona, Ms.Shantie, Ms. Tahmeda, and Mr. Chris (Santa) were welcoming and generous. Our children from the Child Development Center took a picture with Santa, received a gift bag, cookies, and juice. They had a fun time. Thank you!

I have been a long time customer at Ridgewood Bank's Whitestone branch. I have always received excellent service. I especially would like to discuss teller Kathy Solero. Kathy has taken care of my banking needs for many years. She has always been highly efficient, personable, professional and respectful. Besides doing her job well, she has always been kind and caring. She treats her customers like family. My husband has been ill and she always remembers to ask how he's doing. I highly recommend the Whitestone Branch and will continue to do all my banking there.

The best teller / employee at the Whitestone branch is Kathy Solero and she deserves a parade for her many years of service. Our entire family recognize her as patient, kind and caring.

Kathy Solero at the Whitestone is the best teller ever. However, she is more than just teller. She is knowledgeable in every aspect of banking. When I told my wife was dying, she advised me to set up a new account in advance for my funds would not get frozen. She is a tremendous asset to your organization, and you should be proud to have her in your employ.

Marina at Ridgewood Bank in Forest Hills, NY is an excellent customer service representative. She is knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. I recently withdrew some money to invest in a high yield short term CD and Jeanette Mulholland, manager of the Ridgewood Breezy Point Branch questioned me very nicely to ensure I was not a victim of fraud. Not only that but my daughter who has power of attorney on my account was telephoned to verify that the premise was legit. I can't tell you how happy and safe it made us feel that this bank is looking out for us... Like family!

All know your name and you always get a Thank you for your business. I bank at the Astoria branch and I would never think of switching banks.

Ridgewood Bank on Mclean and Avenue Yonkers. it was a great bank until they change the manager the new manager, Alex sucks. I wish they move in a fire very hostile environment to go there or even work in the bank nasty rude, I have been Ridgewood, over 20 years but this manager name Alex is the worst useless I just wish they get rid of him and I’m not the only one I own a business across the street and all the customer said the same thing and they are moving on to know the banks. This man he must go.
