AVOID AT ALL COST

The rental company employees didn't answer the phone when we called for an airport pick-up. We had to order a taxi to take us there, only to be told upon arrival that the management had instructed staff to refuse any third-party bookings with immediate effect. They offered us a car if we paid an additional €300 in cash on top of our existing booking. Extremely dodgy service and company—avoid at all costs!

Very poor service, even location and contact number in their website is wrong. Very disappointed and I lost my rental car money
