I ordered some trainers 6 weeks ago - my order clearly states Size 4. I finally received the trainers only to have been sent a Size 3. I am currently in dispute with Rightbeside.co.uk as they are adamant that they sent me the size I requested. I have taken photos of the trainers which clearly shows they are Size 3 but they are still ignoring this fact. Awful company - even when the facts are presented to them they still will not admit their error. I now have a pair of Size 3 trainers that are of no use to me. Complete waste of money so I would strongly recommend caution when ordering from this company.

Absolute joke of a company. Took over 2 months to arrive and this is after contacting company numerous times. I am a size 5 it advises to go up one size so I ordered 6-6.5. When they finally arrived they are more like a size 4!!!!!

SCAM.....Ordered size 5 received 4. They won't refund or allow me to return for refund.

They are lying and say the product ordered is correct. Has anyone ever received a refund/replacement?

Do not order from this company l ordered a pair of orthopedic trainers size 5/5 -6 and recieved a size 5 which are too small, l contacted the company a couple of times immediately after receiving them and have been told they can't be returned or exchanged. This is absolutely dreadful with these hard times people are buying more off line and everyone is doing exchanges or refunds. Rubbish company Policy l wont be ordering from them again!

I put in a review the other day saying don’t buy from them they are a scam. Anyhow I’ve complained on so many sites which I think everyone should do and get these bxxxxxds closed down. I purchased my trainers through PayPal and luckily they have refunded me, so I’m very happy and I hope all you people can do the same. But this will not stop me complaining to them. Fb haven’t done a thing. They need to be stopped. Good luck everyone.

Do not buy from this company / website. I ordered size 5 I received size 37 which everyone knows in Europe is size 4. They will not accept a return

Do not buy from this company. Goods not received, no sensible response as to when I might expect to receive my order. Charged an extra £5.80 not sure what for. Seems if I cancel, they will keep 30% of the value of the transaction

Wish i had looked up this company before buying!! Ordered trainers, trainers arrived but were too big for me so wanted to exchange for smaller size. They wont do it saying they sent the right size. Shame really because the trainers are nice.

This website has terrible costumer service. Basically they can’t be bothered to answer your questions and will not exchange or refund anything. They refuse to even exchange items that are the wrong size and totally useless to you. Company’s like this are very frustrating. There response to a question is. Sorry we can not exchange or refund this item even though they have sent you the wrong size? I’m not sure how they get away with such crap service. I don’t think I’ve ever been so disappointed by a company absolute scam. Don’t buy anything from this company.

I ordered an outfit in January 2021 and it did not arrive until last weekend (13th March 2021) despite numerous requests for an update on my order, the majority of which were ignored. If I did receive a reply it would be an email at around 4am - a UK company?? I don't think so. No other way of contacting them other than by email. The out fit which arrived had clearly been worn previously and then crude attempts had been made to clean off the marks. I requested a full refund explaining I would be happy to return the goods if provided with a pre paid postage label. This has been ignored and I have been offered £5 of my £19.99 - what a joke. I have now given them 4 days to refund me otherwise I will take legal action.

I looked at this company after looking at several similar companies on Facebook. One company has done this to me.
There are masses on there and ALL have a similar way of working and Facebook is to date ALLOWING it & doing NOTHING.
They are supposed to check out everything on Facebook especially these companies doing thus, as they are basically scaming people.
* Taking your money.
* Sizing often wrong
ONLY way to contact them is by e - mail, Messenger, What's App.
They do NOT want to give a refund.
I was told to give my purchase to a friend !!!!!
Now I have been offered $3 !!!!!!!
In looking at their Refunds policy mine says it needs a proof of purchase BUT there was NOT one.
I have e - mailed back and told them I have reported them to Facebook ( who are VERY, VERY hard to contact)
Facebook have lots & lots & lots of these ' sellers' online.....all with similar wording etc
I have also told them that I am reporting them to Martin Lewis
I looked at the laws & Consumer Rights in the UK particularly Traders Practice and have quoted some bits back to them about their ' traders practice'and that they need to read up on Consumer law & Consumer Rights as they are -
* mis-advertising
* mis-selling
* using unacceptable practise
* being 'unfair' to customers
* under the ' Table of Assesing Unfairness' that they are doing things contrary to their ' professional deligence'
and the 'Codes of Conduct', the 'Consumers' Commercial Practice ' and legitimate business
They are NOT -
* providing receipts / proof of purchase, which is illegal especially if there is a dispute
They are NOT adhering to -
* the Consumer Protection Act of 2007
* the Consumers' Act of 2015
* many of their items ' not fit for purpose' etc
Therefore I have told them that I am also going to contact the following tomorrow -
* The Office of Fair Trading
* The Department for Business Enterprise & Regulatory Reform
* Advertising Standards Authority
* Trading Standards Institute
I would suggest others do this so they will hopefully get a refund.

My wife ordered white trainers which took 4 weeks to arrive the size was correct but the colour was RED. I asked to send them back for the correct colour. No responsefrom them on how to return them. after several attempts for a refund they sent £3 but no white trainers. but every message said HAVE A GOOD DAY which winds you up straight away. They say they are not at fault we have have given you a refund, we say yes for £3 but still no correct colour but HAVE A NICE DAY. I sent an attachmeant with a picture to show them the red ones. They say it is not their fault HAVE A GOOD DAY. They will not reply to a strait forward question like where can i return my RED TRAINERS BACK TO YOU FOR A REFUND. Will you send me WHITE ONES. We paid £30.78p Their invoice shows we ordered white ones. I sent them a copy

If I could rate this -1 I would. Avoid at all costs! After liaising with their customer service for two months nearly I still do not have my parcel. They at first said it had been shipped but due to the current climate would be delayed (totally understandable). After a few weeks I got back in touch and they said that they would ask the logistic company where it was. So this company doesn’t even have a logistics contact in-house and once again I was waiting to hear where my item was as no one knew. Sally (the contact there) then told me the logistics company did not reply so I would need to wait... what AWFUL customer service! I had at this point already asked for a refund but was completely ignored. I once again asked for a full refund, saying I would report to Facebook advertising and expressing how sad it was that a company is taking advantage of people during a global pandemic- suddenly everything went quite and I have not had a response since. Today I received a shipping notice, even though I had been told my item had been shipped already over a month ago, despite asking for a refund... so essentially they hadn’t even posted the purchase until now... nearly two months after purchase and have lied about where it is, I have no doubt that I will not receive my item and that this is a scam. Don’t waste your time or money! I will also be reporting to Facebook for false advertising. Such a disappointment. Oh and the ‘tracking numbers’ do not take you to a shipping or delivery company but to the confirmation of your order so there is no way to see where it is. If that doesn’t read scam I don’t know what does.

EDIT- I’ve just reported to PayPal. Hopefully they will get back to me there.

Absolutely appalling.. do not buy from this company ! They sent me the wrong size shoes and when I emailed photos of the wrong size shoes and not the size I had put down I wanted on order form .. they still have the cheek to say they sent me the right size and they are not going to to anything about it ! I’m disgusted never come across this situation with online shopping

Omg, I wish I’d checked the reviews before I bought. It’s money down the drain. Do not buy from them, sizing not true then they have the cheek to say we gave you the size you ordered so jog on!! The worst customer service.

Appalling customer service - no returns or refunds. Their sizing is incorrect so forget about this company!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give minus stars I would!! I ordered a pair of so-called orthopaedic trainers. They arrived 6 weeks later. Not fit for purpose and only if colour blind might you wear them. Two different colours. The quality was awful - plastic rubbish. I cannot stress how awful they are!!!
Customer Service may as well not bother as they will not take responsibility for their error.

DO NOT BUY from this company, ordered a size 5 and received a size 4 , refused to send correct size or refund. Told me that if they didn’t fit to give them to someone else ! Absolute SCAM.

This company are a bunch of crooks, they send you the incorrect size and then they will not refund. I did get a reply but the person offered me 3 dollars compensation bartered up to 8 and then said sorry that is all they can do . So stuck with trainers 3 sizes to small and no refund, they said they are sure i would understand as i must be a kind person !!!! Really i don't like being ripped off . They should be shut down .

I ordered a UK size 4 and was sent a Uk size 2. I discovered after ordering that they have a size chart, which is not visible a the time of ordering on FB, and it is incorrect. It does not compare correctly with European sizing. I have sent them several emails and when they finally answered they sent a standard reply to say that I have been sent the correct order and that they wouldn’t be sending me a return/ refund label. So I am now stuck with a pair of trainers that I can’t wear. Also, they say they are based in the Uk, which they are not.
