Wish i had checked this out before ordering. Ordered a pair of trainers 24th jan still nothing received. Emailed them and they have responded but can't tell me when they will be dispatched. Have asked to cancel the order several times to which they replied saying the factory has parcelled my package. So if they where able to tell me that why can't they tell me when it will be dispatched. Think ill take it up with paypal. I'd avoided at all costs !!!

I ordered a 5 and they sent a 4. They refused to refund or exchange after emails back and forward over a number of days.

Customers Beware! This is not a UK based company , more like China. I ordered a white pair in a normal UK size 6 ( 39) trainers arrived in very flimsy packaging with no receipt/returns info at all and were far too small! These were like an average UK size 5 ( 38) I sent them them three emails and asked if I could exchange for the next size up as their sizes were obviously not UK standard, only to be REFUSED an exchange or refund. They said I ordered a 6 and that’s what I have to accept! Shocking service. Very disappointed.

Buyer Beware!
I ordered white trainers size 4 (37)which took weeks to arrive . When they did arrive I was sent size 2 (35). I emailed them several times and included photos of the wrong size trainers and packaging . Each email I received states that the wrong order was as not sent and they will not replace or refund . It claims to be a in company but the parcel arrived from China and the language in the email is written by someone who does not write in good English . I am so frustrated and annoyed . I have messaged them directly too but no one replies .

I ordered a UK size 5, ,which I also understand to be EU size 38. The trainers arrived, they even looked good. One problem. Wrong size. They sent a size 37, which is a UK size 4. I contacted them using the email address they provided on their site. Got a response a couple of days later, stating they were sorry, but they sent what I ordered Black size 5. I sent images by return showing them what I actually received (size 37), to which their response was. Sorry, but we are not going to do anything about this. My advice is, if you are looking for good customer service, you will not get it here. Better off spending your money elsewhere.

Ordered And paid for runners on 2/2/2021. Looked genuine enough Until I got email knew then something wasn’t right. Waited a week n tracking no said it wasn’t recognised I then combarded them with emails with same reply to wait 12 hours n someone would resolve problem I then reported them to face book n got another email same day to say they were in transit. I wil wait wit abated breath They are not a uk company more like China and I got footwear before from China and 4 sizes too small soo I’m not holding out much hope. I will do another review if I ever get them.

I ordered off this company about 3 weeks ago after a week I got email with my tracking number which I did go on and do . Surprise they didn't recognise the tracking number of which I emailed the company 3 times to keep getting a reply saying out of work .we will contact customer service team who will contact yourself within 12hrs still waiting .so its a big 0 for me .😡😡

If I could rate 0 stars then I would. Eventually received these "Orthopedic" trainers after 3 weeks. They state wide fitting, good for plantar fasciatis, based in UK. Wish I had checked further. Charged postage and package and then another £3 on top. When they did eventually arrive, they were narrow fitting and way too small, even though I had ordered one size bigger. Have been trying to contact the supplier to return but surprise, surprise they are not responding and have now blocked my email address to their 24hr support address. Avoid at all costs. ! Is there anywhere we can report these scammers!

Very surprised to read these excellent reviews! I realised due to the English used on their website, although a .co.uk this is not a UK company. I e mailed to ask where they are based & how long it takes to ship to the UK. I received this response ( remember I haven’t placed an order yet)

Who would trust a company like this? Avoid at all costs.
