Had a visit from David

Had a visit from David, for an annual boiler service. Whilst David was here we mentioned an issue with a radiator. No issue, David helped solve that and did an excellent service. Thanks David

David call on a call out for a boiler…

David call on a call out for a boiler that was tripping the main ring. He problem solved the issue and over a couple of hours had fixed and replaced a couple of parts that were water damaged and had burnt out. David was focused and kept me informed as he worked through the issue and clearly enjoyed his job. I would happily recommend David.

Had a visit from David today

Had a visit from David today, after a frantic call this morning. Boiler broke down due to low pressure. David listened to the short history of event, knew or suspected the problem, confirmed by a pressure gauge. Found s few other minor problems not helping the pressure and got them all sorted. I found David to be very reassuring and helpful.

Adrian from right gas attended today…

Adrian from Rightgas attended today 8th March 2024. He notified his arrival time and arrived on time. Adrian is really professional, polite and friendly, He investigated throughly an on going issue with the boiler pressure drop. Im confident his findings will solve the issue.

Quick and efficient

Annual Boiler Service carried out by Richard

Richard carried out my annual boiler service today. He arrived on time, and called before he arrived to let me know and to make sure this was suitable. He was very professional and helpful. He identified and fixed a couple of wear and tear issues that he found, so no waiting for parts or for him to return. He tested everything and made sure I was happy and confident before he left as I voiced my concerns about CO poisoning as this has always been a worry of mine. Thank you Richard. Would highly recommend this company.

F62 error code on my Valiant boiler…

F62 error code on my Valiant boiler resulting in no heating or hot water. Luckily covered on home emergency cover with my home ins.

Called and got a slot for 12-6.

Richard a very friendly guy from Rightgas attended at 1.30pm and immediately knew what the problem was. As it’s a common problem he had the part in his van which was fantastic. The job was completed very quickly and now have my boiler working. Result!

Excellent service.

Terrible company

Terrible company, terrible service. Have cover through Domestic and General and they instructed this company to fix my boiler. Not fixed and now the manager is ignoring my calls.I would not recommending using them

We have gone to the Financial Ombudsman to complain about the service from this company. They told us when they visited that we would need an electrician and they would arrange this.This never happened despite me following up on this by phone many times. We paid for a local plumber to come out who replaced the pump. We then cancelled our cover through Domestic and General after 20 years of being with them.

Do not use right gas it is the…

Do not use right gas it is the compyscottishnpower use for their boiler and maintenance services. I reported a fault on the 12 Thursday then had an all day appointment tge next day on Friday the engineer turned up at 7.15pm, he stayed for 5 minutes and said he needed to order parts, these parts never arrived till Monday the same engineer came and said he smelled gas I got cadet to come out and put off the boiler and got some one to make the gas safe. I then called up and after an argument got a call out for Wednesday. The engineer did not turn up although all voice calls are recorded, he then arrived on Thursday saying he needed parts. Now he is supposed to come on Friday I have no hopes of this being fixed do not use Scottish power boiler care. This company is a con I am about to make an official complaint

We have boiler cover with Homeserve and David came through Right Gas. The issue wasn’t straightforward and it took several visits but David was brilliant, patient, committed and determined to resolve . Very good with keeping us updated , friendly and professional - thank you David

Boiler break down

My boiler broke down which left me without hot water and heating for 5 days.
I was helped by David De Jesus who has been very honest, trying to minimise the costs.
It has taken him more than 3 hours to fix it, but he remained very professional all way through.
