Richard from Right Gas came out as part…

Richard from Right Gas came out as part of the cover we have on our Home insurance as all our downstairs radiators had stopped working. He was very efficient - came within the time he said he would and identified the problem immeditely. Our radiators are all workig again fine!

Great service

Great service. Boiler cut out on one of the coldest days of the year. Paul arrived next morning and fixed the problem. Need a new part to prevent same problem reoccurring. Will be fitted tomorrow. Very pleased.would recommend him

SALIM

Richard was very helpful with divert valve

Richard was very helpful. He arrived pretty soon and fixed the problem with a replacement valve with no fuss. He also fully explained what had caused the problem and kindly turned off the water supply for me and afterwards back on again, which I find a bit hard to do (I'm a bit clumsy)

Joke of a company.

Secured a position with this company in their office. Very strange to say the least. I only worked their for a total of 8.5 hours over 3 days, and then Lee told me he did not want me to return. His reason was that he did not think I was quick enough. Well Lee you have to learn the job first, before you pick up pace, and 8.5 hours does not give you enough time to make an informed decision. Lee also sits there at his desk with his trainers off (yuck). To any other applicants who get an interview, I would seriously think twice if Lee offers you the job. He is joke.

radiators fixed

Richard quickly and successfully diagnosed and fixed the problem with our radiators. He stayed long enough to make sure they were all heating up correctly, and was polite and professional throughout.

Mario arrived just within the time…

Mario arrived just within the time frame given - at the end of a long day fro him. He was still cheerful and incredibly helpful. He worked through all of the problems which took him nearly two hours, and left with the boiler working again to go to his next job. He deserves an Engineer of the month award. Tim W

Excellent job by Richard

Excellent job by Richard! Took about 30 secs for him to diagnose the problem, (ie) faulty zone valve. Replaced motor in minutes. Arrival at house to job completion, 13 minutes. That's how it's done!

The A-Team

If you have a boiler problem, if no one else can help and when you find him, you should hire Ross from Rightguard!

Articulate, knowledgable and prompt to arrive first thing on a Saturday, he quickly fixed our boiler issue, while taking the time to give advice for future issues. We now have a warm and happy home in time for Christmas.

Many thanks to Ross - I’d heartily recommend you to others in the TW16 area!!

Luciano warmed my heart!

I was really worried my family and I were going to end up spending a while without hot water with this atrocious weather, but luckily I had Luciano come over to fix the issue!

He was very polite and pleasant to talk to. If others at Right Gas are even half as effective as Luciano, there is no other company I would recommend more!
