Well, what a surprise I got this morning after using Rightly, An in box full of replies about data that I did not know had been collected, over a dozen names I wasn't even familiar with. We NEED Rightly!
Great people, great service, much needed support! We really have to encourage and support this company and more like it if we are to regain control of out own data! A group of professional, supportive and helpful people advised me on my data being stored by companies that I did not even know had it! The web of control was only made evident to me through Rightly and we NEED to support them more. Months after I am still fighting to get my data deleted and Rightly are still with me in the battle. I have been looking for a way to remove my information that has been stored on various sites across the net for some time now. This service is not only free but thorough in its functionality. You get to see every single site that stores your data then you're able to click on each you want to have removed. A simple click on a confirmation button and an email gets sent off on your behalf to each you've asked to remove.

After submitting your requests companies have a calendar month to complete them. Some of the companies will want to check in with you and in some instances need additional ID&V so be prepared for a little admin, but once completed it feels like a weight as been lifted!

Whilst Rightly helps with that up front analysis and bulk submission, the companies you are sending requests too may have some internal processes and checks of their own to attend too.
