I recently had the pleasure of working with Noah Johnny for my rent renewal, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Noah went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and fair process. Despite the current market trends, my rent renewal was handled with professionalism and care. The communication was excellent, and I appreciate the effort to keep my costs reasonable.

I was running out of time due to my arrival date to London and Remy Tracey who part of the right now residential showed me a lot of studio options that really perfect to me. In spite of difficulty about contact each other because of time difference between Korea and England,
She answered me back whenever i asked her to find my place quickly even if in her personal time and also as a person who not that perfect in English, I can say her communication skills are very impressive and helpful to find new place in London

I take my reviews very seriously and am extremely honest with them both good and bad. I’m a resident at 199 Gloucester Place. I’m extremely happy with the service provided by Noah Johnny at Right Now Residential. Noah has a very warm personality, great communication skills and very emphatic towards the needs and requirements of the tenants. His ability to handle complex situations keeping with regards to tenancy matters is remarkable. He is really good at trying to resolve any issues that come up. His promptness in responding to emails and keeping tenants(myself) updated is truly a rare quality. I truly appreciate his honest conduct and his transparency when dealing with cliebts( myself) His conduct only reflects really well on the company as he is my point of contact. I’m truly very impressed with the way my tenancy has been handled so far by Noah. He’s Amazing 🌟🌟🌟 there are a lot of factions to great customer service and Noah ticks all the the boxes 💯

PLEASE STAY AWAY. If one person reads this and take my advice, it's enough. They are the worst and most unprofessional agent on the market. From day one we had numerous issues with them, they took several months to sort out issues, some of which were incumbent and even if they were health and safety issues they didn't care. Our tenancy renewal was one of the most shocking processes I have ever experienced. Put it this way, they have no issues with increasing your rent up to 40% just to get you out and serving you with Section 21 with no communications. They will also try to hold onto your deposit with claims that are simply not in your tenancy agreement. They have caused numerous issues it to all our previous neighbours, it is shocking. Their high staff turnover make the experience even more enjoyable. My advice is no matter how nice the rental place is, AVOID THEM, they should be not allowed to operate in the market. Thankfully we now have a new agent, who are a breath of fresh air in comparison.

Absolutely terrible. They purchased several buildings in Marylebone previously managed by Savills and immediately our WiFi stopped working. It's now been 3+ weeks of NO WiFi and no clear date as to when this will no longer be the case. To think this can happen in 2023 is unimaginable.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Right Now Residential. From the moment we decided to rent a property through this house agent, things took a turn for the worse. Our troubles began as soon as we paid the holding deposit for our chosen property. At this point, we requested the tenancy agreement, a standard and crucial document in such transactions. However, we were met with unresponsiveness and a significant delay. The agreement was only provided to us on the listed tenancy start date, which was not only inconvenient but also left us feeling uncertain about the entire process.

Our grievances didn't end there. After two years of tenancy, we decided to move on and requested the return of our security deposit and advance rent, as any tenant would rightfully do. Unfortunately, the agent's unresponsiveness persisted, and we were left in the dark. Despite our multiple attempts to communicate and rectify the situation, we received no response from the agent.

It wasn't until the property management team intervened and persistently followed up on our behalf that we finally managed to get the deposits and rent back. However, this process dragged on for an excruciating three months, causing us unnecessary stress and financial strain.

Our overall experience with Right Now Residential was nothing short of a nightmare. Their lack of communication, delayed responses, and apparent disregard for tenant concerns made it clear that this agent does not prioritize the well-being of those they serve. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a reliable and responsive house agent to steer clear of Right Now Residential. Our experience was marred by constant frustration and uncertainty, and I wouldn't wish this ordeal on anyone else.

Right Now just exploit people new to London by overcharging them and providing mediocre (and in some cases borderline illegal and unethical) services. I was in their Antigallican flat on Charlton and it was a box that they rented out for an exorbitant price. Not only this but they didn't listen to any complaints, had multiple time periods without essential services such as heating and hot water and terrible management. Avoid at all costs if you're thinking about renting from them!

The process for renting was easy and less stressful which best shows for this company. They provided a fantastic service for me all the way and replying to any emails/messages from me within minutes. Brogan who is an amazing agent that provided me with the best way to make the tenancy process easy and fast, this was a success for me and I’m so lucky to work with her and I thank her for that.

Right Now Residence is a right choice to rent from!!!
