I’ve been waiting for my deposit to be returned since my lease ended 19 Feb and I first reached out to them on 27 Feb to enquire about the deposit and move out inspection. It’s now 17 April and these guys keep ghosting me - not answering calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and today is the deadline (30 working days) to respond to TDS, which they are also ignoring. For more context, they stopped responding to emails and rejected phone calls starting 5 March and did not resume communications until I posted a review of their “service” online (and they’ve since gone silent again). The terms of the tenancy agreement have also defined when the deposit must be returned so they are entirely in breach of the tenancy agreement but do not care. They are terrible, unprofessional, and unresponsive.

Edit: Please refer to the photo in my Google review of Right Now. Despite their denial of responsibility in their response to my review, my deposit with TDS was clearly held with them and they were considered responsible by TDS to authorise the return of my deposit as you will see in the screenshot that I provided on my Google review. Their delayed responses led to taking two months (where they largely ignored my communications) to get my deposit back.

Chloe was super helpful and proffesional, always being tolerant to my sometimes stupid questions!

The agents working at RightNow Residential were lovely and helped me find the right apartment. Especially Mariam, she guided me through the administrative process given the little time I had to move in to the apartment. Really recommend them!

I have lived in 5 different countries and had rented from a lot of different people and countries never have I ever came across a more incompetent organisation, the less than 6 months , we haven’t have water for a full week, wifi out for 2 months, electricity out for a week, I haven’t had heating all winter for over 3 months, many leaks in the property that they completely ignore.
This business does not deserve any client.
If you are a landlord do not give your property to them to manage ,
If you are a tenant do not rent with them.
They are making money by abusing tenants!
If you have any compassion in you do not give this business money as they you it to harm lives!

TERRIBLE STAY AWAY.....
I m a tenant 191 Gloucester place since few months every 2 weeks we have issue water leak, no power, no water, roof water leak, mouse, .. no wifi. ..AGAIN AND AGAIN
We have to stay to hotel in february for 3 days and one month after we have any update to have our money back.
Ending a contract is impossible they refuse the new tenant ALWAYS AN EXCUSE.

I can recommend this company as they have good quality service and properties. Chloe and Natalie were very responsive and always ready to help.

Vultures. When my late sister died we placed her shared ownership property on the market. As these types of properties have strict valuation rules, we were not able to sell the property for a long time.

This company looked up the ownership of the flat and obtained my late sister's name and chose to write a few letters to her, telling her how she could sell her flat quickly. I had already returned the first to sender to ask them to stop but they ignored that.

I know that the name was obtained from the title deeds - however just because that can be obtained, it does not mean that companies are permitted to send direct marketing to property owners.

It was extremely upsetting and when I emailed the company to ask them to stop - there was no apology. The sales manager just emailed back and upset me further by telling me it wasn't a GDPR breach and how they had every right to do what they do. They had just used the publicly available information accessed via a system called Spectre.

Just because information is publicly available - that does not mean you can send marketing if someone has not opted in. Receiving letters addressed to my late sister was very upsetting and unnecessary, just because this company wants to win new business.
