Such good Customer Service from Alan,also Tony in the Galway Store,Stephen in the Wexford Store for going above and beyond ,really saved the day in sourcing extra tiles for me to save the day!
Great at their jobs and so nice aswell,highly recommend.

I was not sent any notification that my tiles had arrived to the store, also they were not put to one side for me. We were not asked if we needed adhesive or trim to complete our job

Back in November 2024 while moving furniture, a chair fell on our kitchen floor and cracked one of our tiles which had been laid approx. 18months ago. We didnt have any spares to replace it, so I dropped into our local RightPriceTiles shop but unfortunately the shade of our tile was not available. Stephen in RightPriceTiles Bray where I originally bought the tiles did a search on what I had ordered and was able to list the specific batch number, and subsequently put out the feelers to all the rest of the RPT stores in Ireland to see if anyone had this old batch still in store. a few weeks later, Martin in RPT Galway was able to confirm that he did indeed have a few boxes in stock that was possibly the same shade that I needed to replace our broken one. To get them shipped all the way from Galway to Wexford was very expensive, so my son and I did a roadtrip on Saturday to buy a box. Sure enough, the shade was spot on, and I bought a full box to ensure I had plenty of spares just in case. Fair play to Stephen in RPT Bray and Martin in RPT Galway for going above and beyond for me, and all the rest of the RPT staff who are always extremely helpful. I may never use the rest of the tiles but I always say that its better to have them than be looking for them!! Well done Right Price Tiles.

Went to collect the floorings from the warehouse at the Marina in Cork this morning. The staff were so helpful!

We dealt with Lloyd in the lower Glanmire road store in Cork and he was super.
Helped us choose our tiles using samples etc. with no pressure. Was able to return unopened boxes that the tiler didn’t use which is a great service that some shops don’t provide. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Delivery initially sent to the wrong address

Oisin in the Sligo store was very helpful and even more importantly, pleasant to talk to. He listened to my my tiling tale of woe with great patience!

I purchased 7 boxes of tiles costing €399.08, from Coolock branch on August 23rd 2024.
Unfortunately the tiler was delayed to start the job. I learned the tiles were not the correct ones and had to return them today. The salesman informed me of a charge of €80 to return the tiles in perfect condition?
I was informed that your company policy in relation to returns has a 20% charge for an order that's considered ex essive,he stated over €80?
I believe this to be unacceptable to charge a pensioner such an extortionate amount especially as the tiles were sourced on site at the shop in coolock and not from an offside warehouse as the salesman claimed.

Helpful staff and friendly service. I used the Athlone store and Eamon was very helpful.

Web site didn't work, tried 3 cards to order all rejected, no one answered emails, phone said leave number and we will phone back - no one did, unbelievably poor service, bought what I wanted elsewhere and despite supposed free VAT offer I paid €200.00 Less from another tile provider. Will never deal with them again. Service is just as important as price
