They were very professional and took the time to show me several sizes to find the right fit for my contents. I have been using the post office for years and was excited that it is the same employees as the storage unit, the convenience to my home is another reason I am very happy with RightSpace Storage

I found processing my request for a storage space was done efficiently with no hassles. The unit is very clean, and I like the security features offered.

It's a great place. There are a variety of sizes available and they also have climate controlled rooms as well (although I haven't personally seen one). The rooms are clean, and from what I have seen, they do not have bugs or other pests. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area who needs a storage space.

Carol is very accommodating and very easy to work with. This is my fourth year renting for a seasonal rental. The facility is easy to access and I have had no problems at all.

I reserved a space online and received a message that I would be hearing from someone shortly. A week later, not having heard a word, I initiated the contact. The person I spoke to verified my reservation, the effective date, rate, etc., and said everything was all set. I asked if I needed to come by to make a deposit but he indicated that wouldn't be necessary and I could simple take care of that when I came by to store my car. Another week passed and I received a message that said I had until the end of that week to move my car in or the reservation would be canceled. Having no other option at that point, I paid and got the unit. He offered a free month but even then my total cost was about $50 more than it would have been under my originally proposed move-in date. I asked for contact information of a supervisor to talk to about how things had been handled and was told that wasn't possible but he would have them contact me. I later received a message that he had spoken to his supervisor and they had decided I didn't need to speak to the supervisor. It wasn't the money as much as it was the attitude and the way I was treated.

Clean, high quality units for a great price. Accessible whenever I need to remove or return items. The customer service is also a plus.

Very nice facility that is well lit and secure. They advertise first month free but charge a $20 admin fee plus a $9 insurance to get into a small unit. That seemed steep. Make sure to bring your own lock. Customer service is excellent!
