I have been there for 1 1/2 yrs and they have always been friendly, courteous and very accomodating. In the Bow NH specifically, Jaime is an outstanding CSR. Would highly recommend.

Renting the storage unit was a great experience...however, I reserved a Penske truck, through Right Space, the same day I rented the unit and that was disappointing, I received a call from Penske 10 minutes before I was supposed pick up the truck and was told they didn't have a truck for me.They said if I could drive to their dispatch location ( 20 miles away ) I could get a truck. They said Right Space had the truck, but had rented it out from under me. Right Space said they didn't rent it and took no responsibility.
They both passed the buck and neither one would accept responsibility for not having a truck.

Mark has taken very good care of me! He is very efficient and personable thank you!!

Our former storage unit (with a different company) was in a lot where my SUV could barely turn a corner; a moving truck was a nightmare to maneuver in there. But RightSpace has wonderful driving space for stress-free in and out, a very clean lot and their security system gives me peace of mind. Add a friendly and helpful staff, and it’s the perfect place to store your stuff.

So far its been awesome..... Been with them only a short while so far and its been great, prompt service and staff on site. open most of the day and the units are very nice, tall and secure. Best storage facility I have ever seen and used.

I used this facility about four years ago ti thin my house I was selling. I rented for about six months and everything was good. Two years ago, I recommended this place to my mother and she added me as an authorized person to her account. I decided to get a storage space for myself and they did not offer any discounts or specials. I didn't qualify because I am an authorized person to make changes to my mother's account. Then I asked if there were discounts for having multiple units and there weren't any concessions that could be offered.
I'll probably only stay for one month and then go back to my previous location.

Convenient location, reasonable rates, no long-term contracts and good people are the reasons that I chose RightSpace for my storage needs.

Friendly people, clean facilities, reasonable price and right down the street from home.

Not happy with no gate, unnerving to go there at night. Limited outdoor lighting. Hard to rate after only a few weeks as a customer. Trying to set up online account and have to call during business hours.
