Whatcha out when you rent a storage space here. There is a policy on their website stating that you don't have to pay $9 for insurance if you have walls or home insurance. These people are trained to sell you that insurance no matter what. Bunch of crap.

Dawn, the manager, is great. Easy process. Entry gate is and has been broken for a while, lift is a bit of a struggle, but overall a pretty good experience.

The employee was very thorough and welcoming. The facility is neat clean and well protected.

When we first stopped in to see the units available, the person we spoke to was very polite and helpful. She explained how the monthly fees were set up and where everything was located as well as their U-Haul rentals.
When we opened the unit door, the space was clean and swept out.
One issue we have with the unit is the slide lock handle is sticking.
We basically need a hammer to open and close the lock.
Besides that, great place to rent storage space.

I called in and got a quote and made a reservation when I got there it was a different price.. not accurate with reservation pricing

My first impression was the easy yet secure entry. I was also impressed with the smooth navigating of the elevator to the second story with the movers that moved my things and how clean it was. The climate control and size I rented is well worth the price.
