Wiring problem

After contacting Homeserve electrician came following day but unable to rectify fault (or trace it ) Electrics back on as he came next day and found fault had gone. Quirk of fate I think.

Prompt and efficient service

Able to provide an electrician within 7 hours if my call, office kept me updated on his ETA and he rang himself when he was in his way. He quickly identified the faulty appliance causing the problem and gave advice on resolution. Very helpful and friendly assistance. Would definitely recommend.

Engineer was polite, efficient and professional. Time waiting for engineer to attend longer than originally arranged, which proved problematic, but otherwise satisfactorily resolved.

DIY Mishap

Following my attempt to change a light fitting resulting in a power blackout Homeserve sent Right Trades to rectify the problem. Both the girl in the office and the electrician they sent proved to be friendly and very efficiant. The electrician identified the problem immediately, rectified it, and reassured us that everything was now ok. He also gave us a useful tip on handling halogen bulbs, thank-you!

Right Trades are the right people!!!!!

Recently used this company in an emergency and they were excellent. Fuse board issues were identified and rectified quickly and probably saved our house as fuses were starting to melt and could have resulted in a fire.

Follow work to fit a new fuse board and earth the system were done promptly and with no mess.
