Good work but very very poor timekeeping

Stated time of arrival between 8 am and 12 midday.
Arrived just after 5 pm after 2 reminder phone calls.
The work done was satisfactory.

As your job was completed as part of an insurance claim the engineer who attended is a specialist in emergency response fault finding and was held up on a fault find prior to your visit, so the delay was unavoidable therefore we kept you informed of the delays, however we do apologise for any disruption caused to you at the time.

Prompt, efficient service

We called an electrician out on our Homeserve contract because the electricity was cutting out when we switched our cooker and Right Trades came out the same day.We had recently had a new electric box fitted courtesy of Homeserve which is able to detect the slightest fault on appliances. He was very informative and gave us all the material we needed to report the fault to the cooker company which we are now in the process of doing. We fully endorse this service because it gives us peace of mind when anything goes wrong.

Brilliant

Electrical failure caused by my iron, it tripped out everything and I couldn't get it to reset. An electrician rang me and talked me through the reset procedure and made sure everything worked. He even left me his number to ring at any time if it went again (but it didn't). This was followed up the next day by an electrician who called to check over our electrics. I can't thank them enough as my husband is terminally ill and I couldn't even tilt his bed to lift him up.

A superb service which I am very thankful for and I highly recommend them.
