Placed an order back in Oct. 2025. Received one email and still have not received my order.Reached out with order number and got one email back saying that my order was on the way, Here it is March 2026 and still no product and they ghosted me. They are a bull-shit company, plus as one reviewer said SHOP just take your money and they are done with it.

Had to put a one star because in would let give 0 stars. These people are total rip offs . And don’t trust shop they will take the payment and wash their hands of it .

It’s been over 2 months and never received my order! Unable to track. Out $70. Total SCAM!! I placed 2 orders. I am now so thankful that my bank sent possible fraud alert on the 2nd order because it threw up a lot of red flags to me and I never went back and tried to order again or I would have been out several hundred more. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

I had to put a one star but if I could I would give them none at all. Took my money gave me a tracking number emailed me once when I said nothing showed up and now it’s been 2 months. Pretty pissed to say the least. Waist of money and time

Total scam! Rotten website, tracking number does not work. Emailed rimetech support with no response. DO NOT ORDER from this site

I would rate lower if I could. This place is a scam. I ordered the projection screen and like everyone else I got a tracking number click on the tracking number and it takes you a page. It is not available. You'll never hear from them again.

Less than a 1. I ordered a pool sweeper. I never got my order. It was a scam.

Ordered an ice machine on 10/31. Said it shipped but never received. Sent a tracking number that doesn’t work. Total Scam. Reaching out to my bank.

I got scammed out of $165 for a boat that we never got. So now I'm out of that money and my son's Christmas gift

Is it possible to rate lower than a 1 star. I always do my research, this time I didn’t. It was odd that I received a tracking number, was able to track shipment for a couple of days, then nothing. However, I kept my original tracking page open & since it was still updating I thought nothing was suspicious that when I would go into my email & click the link & it stated something went wrong. Today it shows “delivered” nothing in my mail box or on my porch. Now I search online only to see Rimatech.co is all a bunch of bologna!

Ordered Ice machine paid for it, Received tracking # and information. Now the site disappeared and I have not received my products.

Total scam. Paid 102.00 for merchandise. Received tracking # that worked for 2 days then disappeared. Filed claim with bank. Facebook ad was very misleading. Beware!!!!

Ordered a product, never received it. Not the website no longer exists

Placed an order 3 weeks ago. Received shipping notice 2 days later. 3 days later, the site and shipping links and tracking number no longer works. I've started a dispute with the payment processor. I'll see what happens.

Ordered ice makers but the order confirmation email's links do not work. The order confirmation email address they sent from is also sketchy. They have not responded to my emails. Rimatech's Facebook page shows many victim's posts.
