Effortless purchase
We purchased online a keyboard for my son to take to uni. Excellent website and delivery was exceptionally fast - literally the next day, even though we were many miles away in London. It didn't mention including a pedal, so we had ordered a separate one which ended up not being necessary, however the company was helpful and this was easily returned and refunded. Very happy with the keyboard and excellent service from Rimmers

Excellent Service and speedy delivery
I rang to find out the availability of a digital Roland piano recommended to me by my sister. I was told it was in transit and expected before the end of September. In fact it came into the warehouse within a few days and was shipped almost immediately. I am delighted with the piano and the speed with which it was delivered.

Very unique and bespoke service
My experience with Rimmers Music could potentially be labelled as very unique and very bespoke. I first approached Rimmers Music enquiring about the Kawai K500 piano and very quickly got upsold to the merits of the Aures 2 model and a great overall package with extras that they wouldn't usually include. Rimmers Music were very happy to take installments off me and over a period of several months this is what happened while I was engaged in a house move. When delays with our sale occurred, Rimmers Music were very understanding as we wanted the new piano delivered to the new house so instead they agreed to store the piano in a temperature controlled environment. We kept in touch and the piano was delivered today by their courier service who did an incredible job getting the piano up four flights of stairs and around a number of bends. They were super professional (not to mention funny!) and handled the piano with great care and attention. It looks truly superb in its new home and I could not be more grateful to Rimmers Music for all of their help and support along the way. I am glad I chose Rimmers and I will for sure utilise their services again in the future.
