Great customer service
I bought some Italian glassware recently, which arrived quickly - but a few items got broken during shipment. They replied straight away to my email and sent out replacements immediately.

This company has great customer service. I had a defect on my purchase and the company replied to my concerns in a timely manner. Even replaced the item completely. I am a very happy customer!

Ordered two sets of glasses which arrived promptly. One set was well packaged with bubble wrap. The second set of G&T glasses were only in cardboard dividers and one was broken. Contacted their customer service and got an immediate response and replacement of the broken glass which has arrived safely. Outstanding service

First came across Rinkit! while searching for some cappuccino/espresso cups & saucers online for wedding presents. Found ones I like, price included. Anyway, received my order quickly! Had some issue with 3 of the items and contacted Rinkit! straightaway and within minutes received a reply. Issue RESOLVED quickly and no hassles. Katie Smith at Customer Service very helpful, offered a quick solution to the issue. Would definitely shop here again!!!

If I could give 6 stars I would. I purchased several items and 1 single glass arrived with a small chip I notified rinkit and within an hour I had a reply and a replacement was on the way !! You can't ask for more than that. The experience from beginning to end has been amazing easy, and super quick I can not recommend Rinkit enough !! Credit where credit is due and IT IS DUE !!! I will be back !!

Even though the postal system was delayed the communication with Rinkit was helpful and brought about an excellent result. The slate coasters I bought are good quality, just what I was looking for. Each coaster was indivdually wrapped in bubble wrap providing decent protection. The only suggestion I would make is that there are 4 rubber feet on the base of each coaster which if are not perfectly level tend to wobble. If reduced to 3 it would provide a more stable coaster.

I purchased an item that was unfortunately broken when I received it. I contacted customer service and within a couple of days, a replacement item was sent, with no requirement to send back the broken item.

I ordered a sex of course 6 20's Martini glasses and despite the excellent packaging one arrived broken
I braced myself in anticipation of the hurdles I would have to jump to get a replacement and was proven to be completely wrong
I was immediately offered a replacement without having to return or even prove the glass was broken and within 4 days (and that includes the week-end) I had already received the replacement glass

Bought glasses for our new bar at home and the selection was extensive. Managed to order everything we needed. Fast delivery and good tracking. Would definitely buy from this company again.
