Great product and arrived quicker than expected! One of the items I ordered was slightly damaged, I sent an email to advise and the reply was fast and friendly and a replacement has been sent. Excellent to deal with, highly recommend.

Did a google search and Rinkit came up with what I was looking for at a good price. Ordered a few other things and the shipment came fairly quickly. There was an item broken due to shipping but with a simple single email the issue was resolved, very impressed and will continue to shop here.

Very quick delivery, 1 glass was delivered broken, out of 6 boxes I ordered. So contacted them by email, they responded within hours and resolved it instantly sending me out a new box. Great customer service and prompt response

I recently purchased 6 slate placements. They arrived very promptly but regrettably one was cracked. I took a photo and sent it to Rinkit with a request for a replacement. We live on the Gold Coast Queensland and ordered a set of champagne glasses only last Monday from Rinkit NSW. They arrived today Monday. How good it that. Well packed and perfect.

Ordered new French glassware from Rinikit and was disappointed that some were damaged in transit I contacted them and was surprised by the high standard of their customer and after-sales service.
The damaged glassware was replaced and delivered without any fuss free of charge. I will use them again for sure.
