We purchased some champagne saucers and whiskey glasses from Rinket. The service was very fast (ordered Sunday & glassware arrived Tuesday). Unfortunately, 2 glasses broke in transit - which were replaced within 2 business days. The process for the replacement was easy (a simple email with a photo of the broken glassware).
Overall - an excellent experience

Purchased 4 sets of the Bormioli Pulsar glasses from Rinkit for the first time, delivery was very quick and items were extremely well packed. Best customer service I've had from an online store. Couldn't be happier.

I ordered a set of drinking glasses but unfortunately Rinkit sent the wrong size. I contacted sales by email and within an hour they got back with an apology and are sending me a set of glasses the correct size. They let me donate the incorrect size glasses to charity saving me the cost of posting them back. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommended. I’ll be back for my next purchase.

I had taken my wife to an Indian restaurant to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. At the end of the meal I tried a Masala Chai which was served in a glass infusion Teapot. I enjoyed it so much that I went on line to find a similar glass infusion teapot and came across your company Rinkit.com.au. I subsequently purchased a glass infusion teapot for quite a reasonable price including postage. It arrived today and was exactly what I wanted. Extremely good quality with a stainless steel infusion basket. I am looking forward to using it.

I ordered a number of glass storage containers for the reorganisation of my pantry. Rinkit has an excellent select that met my requirements. I order the products on Monday and they were delivered on Thursday. Extremely speedy order fulfilment.

There was sadly an issue with one the jars so I emailed Rinkit who responded with a few hours. Lauren's response email was great. Very professional and speedy resolution by sending a replacement container. Cannot recommend Rinkit enough. Great products, great prices, great people.

I ordered some towels and a large glass bottle from rinkit. The order arrived quickly, however I noticed the lid on the glass bottle was faulty. I emailed their customer service team and within 24hours had a response plus a tracking email letting me know a replacement was on its way. Fantastic customer service!
