Great company and fantastic prices. I ordered glass storage jars and seals in various sizes. Prices were excellent. Much later I asked a question about a different seal size as I thought I had ordered the wrong size and I was shipped new seals immediately.
I love this company and are just about to order more stuff.

I ordered an item online which arrived super promptly a few days later. Unfortunately it had been damaged in transit. I reached out via email to notify the company, who got back to me that same night. They sent out a replacement item immediately at no charge to myself and this too was received without delay. I shall definitely purchase from RinkIt again and recommend them for their incredible service.

ordered around 200 glasses. They all came within 2 days of ordering. Out of the 200 only 4 broke. I emailed them that night & they got back to me straight away saying they are sending another box straight away. Honestly Katie’s resolved this in 1 email. Easiest company I have ever dealt with

Rinkit were amazing to buy from and I highly recommend. Our order came within a few days from purchase and due to the handling in transit our order had some slight damage. Their customer service team (shout out to Katie) were so prompt and understanding, we had a new replacement box dispatched immediately. 10/10, thank you guys!

Interestingly I read a couple of reviews from others and the same theme was apparent, there was a minor issue of breakage but the way the staff at Rinkit handled the situation and replaced the items in a very timely manner and no fuss was 2nd to none. I certainly will be using Rinkit again and so will my family & friends, thanks again..

Great products for the price, super quick delivery and very responsive to resolving issues quickly. When I contacted them about a glass that had arrived broken, the process to resolve was faultless. Honestly if you're looking for reasonable bulk glassware for an event as we were, it's hard to go past Rinkit for speed, quality and customer experience.

I’ve given 5 stars because I’m impressed. Not only with the quality of product I ordered being the Highball glasses in blue and the wine glasses, but the quick delivery and customer service received.

Although my order contained the shorter glasses of the range rather than highball, they responded within hours to replacement of the product, which also was received in days and they also asked me to keep item to use or donate to charity.

Wow. This is so thoughtful to suggest charity and a great way to give to the community. The glasses are beautiful and thick, perfect detail in design too.

I ordered glasses and when the package arrived it was damaged, upon opening the boxes one box containd 6 glasses 3 of which were broken. No fragile sticker on the package.
I took photos of everyhingI contacted Rinkit, and the have arranged replacement. Very quick response to my problem.
I believe that those who packed the order need to take more care how they pack fragile items. Also it would help the couriers,if fragile stickers were placed on the package.

BEWARE RINKIT
I ordered advertised Turkish towels, which are better quality cotton. I placed 2 orders totalling over $150. Towels were not turkish towels, were made in India. Spent $32 to return for refund and followed Rinkit's instructions. The order is now sitting at Pakenham post office awaiting collection (since November, 2022. Rinkit refuse to pick up their own goods and are not sending me a refund. Will contact Fair Trading. Scammers!

Fantastic!!! Quick delivery, so quick in replying to emails and are so helpful in sorting any issues out. Definitely will be buying from here again.

Edit. Rinkit indicated they had rectified this issue (below) but they have not. They asked for a review on sending a message saying they had resent the bowls (that never arrived). They now are not responding to my emails. Complete scammers - even to the point of trying to falsely generate good reviews. Will most definitely not order again.
Original review- Ordered 2 x door mats, pint glasses and enamel bowls from Rinkit. The package arrived quite quickly (within a week) - however, the bowls didn’t arrive in the package. I didn’t think Rinkit would address the issue given the inventory said it was included. On contacting the company, (very easy as was emailed the order details and there was an actual person reading the replies!) this was rectified immediately. They were super helpful and polite despite my message being a bit curt. Bowls resent. Was incredibly impressed given the time of year (pre-Christmas rush). The door mats are excellent quality (had ordered previously) and great price. Will definitely order again.

The item I ordered arrived quickly but in spite of being well packed, there was some damage. I sent photos of the damage To Rinkit and received a prompt response to say that a replacement was being sent, with no need to return the original item. I was so impressed, not only by the amazing service, but the pleasant and considerate response from the seller. I thoroughly recommend this company and will definitely be buying through them aain.

I recently purchased my second order from Rinkit. I love the quality of their glassware and amazing prices!
Unfortunately, one of the glasses in my order was broken. I emailed Rinkit to inform them and within a few hours they responded and offered to replace the item delivered free of charge and hassle free!
