I paid for the 70$ per month service and cancelled it 2 days later. Communication is quite poor, you will tell your "account manager" one thing and either there is a new person every day or the "account manager" simply forgets.

I am a business owner who had a social media strategy already in place. I used extreme detail in the questionnaire they provide which all seemed to pretty much be ignored.

Users were extremely untargetted, the likes consisted of very inappropriate pictures even the targeting basics were ignored. I asked for UK only. 8 out of 10 interactions were with Americans.

It appears that these guys and every other site who follow this model are really just charging you to set up an Instagram bot or automation software and then charging you with the selling point of "you have your own account manager" or "we do it all organically".

One other thing you may want to know, they are not 24/7 but their automation softtware is, meaning if their bot that they say is a human goes haywire there is no one to assist till the next day.

Better off just getting an Instagram bot or automation software for $10-20 a month and doing it yourself.
