I asked for my account to be activated for likes only (no following and unfollowing) but I saw they were actually activated. I sent my customer service representative many emails and she failed to respond (that was on the first day of my trial). After my trial ended they finally contacted me again but I had to go back and manually find all the accounts they followed and unfollow them. So shady!
They base their engagement search on 3 competitor accounts, and that's all. Even if nothing had gone wrong with my requests, I still didn't like the accounts they were engaging with. I think they should have more specific ways of finding accounts (like related location tags, hashtags and more). So I wouldn't recommend them.

RIOTLY is moving ahead with numbers as they add up faithful followers on my instagram account. They have a system for searching and strategically liking certain accounts, and in return, those accounts become interactive followers. Use them. Get results. I signed up for the free trial for my businesses 52.4k instagram, and specifically said dont follow anyone, they confirmed they wouldn't and over the next two days followed 200+ people. I complained and asked to end the trial and have them unfollow everyone, they unfollower 130 people (including the ONE person we follow which is our sister account) and left it. So I emailed again and unfollowed the rest myself. only to wake up today to find they've once again started following people.
Poor customer service, negative experience.

Since I've been using Riotly Social Media for a month, my growth with followers have been terrific! The target audience that I'm aiming for reflects off the individuals who I now follow and who are following me. With this I'm able to spread more of my work as a poet and receive positive feedback from individuals who are interested in the same area as I am. I've been able to promote my book and also meet new people who've helped promote my book and doing collaborations with. We recently took part in a free trial. During that time we saw little to no increase in followers or engagement.

Despite this I reached out to team several times via email to discuss the trial and possible next steps - The team failed to respond to any of my emails.

With so many services of this type available online I would have expected much better.
