The main part of this service is to do a normal campaign which includes the following, liking and unfollowing campaigns. This approach helps you to reach out to your targeted audience and to increase the exposure of your account to increase your followers.

We target accounts that are active and our main goal is to help you grow your account.

We understand how you feel if they are not proactive enough to engage with your posts but we don't have control over it. We provided all our customers to have a customized campaign in order to help them reach out to their prospective followers and to increase engagement.

Hi Barbara,

We’re so sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience. That was truly not our intention. We really appreciate your feedback, and hope you do give us the chance to make it right! I would also like to take this chance to comment on your points:

1. A decrease of Growth. We understand that this sometimes happens as users will unfollow back once you stopped engaging with them. The campaign stopped last December and based on our report, we brought you at least 8000+ followers and we found out some accounts that unfollowed you were not included on our list. Please note that we help users remove fake followers and I hope you didn’t buy followers before.

2. Account banned. This is to inform you that Instagram is becoming stricter with their limits, therefore, we need to slow down the activity a bit. At this point, may I know how many activities do you do on a daily basis? This may help us adjust our settings accordingly.

3. Communication. You stated that our customer service didn’t respond to your email. We did a thorough investigation and the last email you sent to our customer service was way back last year, the month of September. Would you mind letting us know who was the person you had an email exchange with? We would appreciate if you could send your concerns directly to at.your.service@riotlysocial.com in order to assess all your concerns ASAP.

4. For billing and refund. We provided a link after you subscribed with us in order to access your personal portal account so you can cancel anytime you want. We know you changed your password and we made a follow-up email with you but haven’t heard back from you. Please know that Our Team needs confirmation from our client in order to cancel the subscription. We understand your frustration by charging you automatically since we are an auto-charged base system, but we already issued a refund to your account from the recent charges.
