RiotXAI will not let you withdraw your funds. They are NOT genuine
RiotXAI.fun seems to now default to an empty page. RiotXAI.com is still operating. The company behind this website, who seem to be registered in Singapore, claim to trade arbitrage opportunities between difference Crypto exchanges. They seem to offer very good returns of up to 50% per months.
I opened any account with RiotXAI in Nov 2024, with a deposit of 200 usdt. I could see from the phone app that the balance was going up and it was very exciting to have found a profitable system for my investments.
I also tested withdrawals and was successfully able to make a small withdrawal. On my second withdrawal, where the total balance was getting close to my total deposit amounts, I was blocked.
I received an email saying they are reviewing my account. I inquired regards the review. No response. A month later they started speaking about AML (Anti Money Loundering) regulations. Then four weeks later, I received another email saying "We regret to inform you that, following a thorough review, we have identified potential violations of our Terms and Conditions".
Over 3 months later, they are still giving me a run around and just a few days ago, I received another email which is a cut and copy of one I received 2 months ago. So back to square one.
If you are thinking of using them, DON'T. There is something seriously wrong with these bunch and YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
It is now 12th June 2025. Since writing the original review above on 8th May 25, I have been contacted by RiotXAI who inquired about my account. Hence I have emailed their support via email again, .... and again, .... and again. But despite their seemingly willing attitude to address my original review above, they have not responded back to my emails.
Needless to say, I still cannot get any of my money out. So my advice is the same:
If you are thinking of using them, DON'T. There is something seriously wrong with these bunch and YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
ScamXAi is just here to steal your…
ScamXAi is just here to steal your savings and investments that's it they first gain your trust by keeping in touch with you and allowing withdrawals up to three once your withdrawal amount exceeds deposit they put AML label on it and never mail you that your initial deposit will be given be to you and then mail you it will take 30 days and then never reply so beware of these scumbags.
Ponzi Scheme watch out!
RiotXAI Scam
It has now been almost two months since my account was locked for so called AML……. Since then, I still have NOT received a single reply to what the hell is going on.
Concerned, I actually spoke to the police regarding AML. They advised, if client cannot prove AML, my account should be released with immediate effect.
I still believe this is all a scam. All I withdrew since starting this is JUST 30.00!! I cannot even access my account to see what’s going on.
Do not invest in this scam. Too many people have now been caught out in this manner.
⭐SCAM
⭐ Title: RiotXAI is a Scam – Fake Profits, Blocked Withdrawals, and Silence from Support
🚨 WARNING: Stay Away from RiotXAI – This is a Professional-Looking Scam
I started trading with RiotXAI on 1st September 2024, initially depositing £3,000 through Coinbase. The platform looked legit, and at first, everything seemed to work fine. My balance grew over time, and I eventually accumulated nearly $30,000 in profits.
In the beginning, I was even allowed to withdraw £100, which gave me the illusion that RiotXAI was trustworthy. But this was clearly just a tactic to gain my trust.
❌ Here’s Where the Scam Begins:
At the end of March 2025, I requested a $10,000 withdrawal. RiotXAI immediately blocked my withdrawal, claiming that I was under an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review.
They said I had to wait a few days or weeks, but today is 21st April 2025, and I have received no updates, no emails, and absolutely no response from their so-called regional manager Nicole, who previously messaged me regularly.
Everything stopped once I asked for my money.
🚨 What You Need to Know:
RiotXAI fakes your deposit balance — the money you send from Coinbase shows in your account, but on the blockchain, the funds are sent elsewhere.
They pretend your profits are real, but when you try to withdraw a serious amount, you’re blocked with fake AML excuses.
Their Telegram group is full of fake success stories — people claiming they withdraw “$10k every month” are just actors or insiders meant to trick new investors.
They will sweet-talk you through support staff like Nicole, but once you want your money, they vanish.
❗ Final Warning
RiotXAI is not a real trading platform. It is a well-structured scam that uses professional design, smooth communication, and staged testimonials to build false trust.
If you are reading this:
❌ Do not deposit
❌ Do not believe the Telegram group
❌ Do not fall for the AML excuse
💥 Withdraw whatever you can immediately and report them.
I am sharing my experience to protect others. I lost time, trust, and potentially a large amount of money to RiotXAI. Don’t make the same mistake.
I initially was allowed to withdraw…
I initially was allowed to withdraw 200dollars as I said I would recommend to lots of people...Then 5made mistake of reinvesting it. Now I have nearly 2k on account and it keeps allowing me to grow but will not allow withdrawal. Such a shame as would be a good site if it wasn't a fraud. Don't lose your money. Try something else. So sick of scamming twits!!
Still Awesome... just did first withdrawal!
Firstly, I see a fake negative review here from an "Alexander Goldsmith" here on Trust Pilot... that is the name of the CEO of RIOTXAI. Someone is posting in his name and creating one damning and elaborate review.
** When reading reviews make sure the person is VERIFIED on trustpilot.
If you go to LinkedIn, Alexander Goldsmith does display his role with RiotXAI right in his headline: CEO RiotXAi, but, someone (UNVERIFIED) is using his name on trust pilot is trashing him. Hmmm.
I understand some people have actually had AML (anti money laundering) issues when withdrawing funds. IMHO I think, because there is such a low barrier to entry, many users are novice, don't understand or follow proper protocols, and make mistakes. Each of us on RIOTXAI have access to a relationship manager who assists us with any issues, but if you don't know what you are doing and don't receive guidance you have the potential of making mistakes that cause issues. And when that happens, some of those people have come here and give a bad review. Also, yes, there is a withdrawal strategy to assure you are not flagged for AML. That flag comes from the exchange, not RIOTXAI. RIOT has protocols in place to give you a heads up of the potential of being flagged, so you can rethink your withdrawal strategy. RIOT doesn't control your exchange but will work with you to help resolve your exchanges issue. If you get too aggressive too soon, you get flagged, or if you have inconsistencies, you have to follow steps to resolve. Some people simply get upset, frustrated and don't follow the process required.
I have nothing to gain by posting here except feeling good about sharing MY TRUTH. My ultimate gain is in my positive experience using the platform. I also accept that there is no guarantee that everything works out as planned, as is the case for any investment. There is risk. But from what I've experienced to date, I'm excited for the future of RIOTXAI.
The "ClearFlow" software has been in use since 2018 with institutional traders, and has been continually evolving. The RIOTXAI opportunity was created one year ago (just had first anniversary) to level the playing field for the regular person who doesn't have a lot of money. The AI is programmed to do the work, find the arbitrage opportunities and execute the trade quickly to capture the gains. And it works.
That said, we all still need to be astute. Withdrawing with crypto platforms is very different than withdrawing from a regular bank. There are processes and protocols that need to be followed... if you do that, you are golden. If you don't you are disappointed.
Do your own research, know your own risk tolerance and proceed accordingly.
Waste of time
Well where to start?
Last year a friend of mine reached out with an investment opportunity into AI Crypto trading with a "reputable platform"
She gave me the speil and send me load of information and withdrawal evidence. Shes a power seller! I invested 2000 pound and through recruiting and daily interest i quickly grew my sum to 20000. I started withdrawing and initially it was ok but then just before i had my investment taken back i took out 2000 and i was hit by an Anti Money Laundering investigation initiated by my exchange. I was blocked from the telegram community but still allowed to trade.
My exchange has no knowledge of any AML investigation and said my history would never trigger an AML investigation. Maybe if i tried to take out all 20k but at that it would be stored in a cold wallet and would never be returned to where it came from.
Riot have stopped responding and i am in a group of many people who have been blocked by Riot.
So what did i do? I went in and invested again! I signed up with 500 to see what happened and i grew that to 1000. I have now been advised that after 6 months i should try take out 10% of my original investment for 3 months(which is 50 dollars) then start increasing it each month to avoid an AML flag by the exchange which is total and utter nonsense.
In reality, the gig is up. Another friend of mine has 600k in an account there and is under AML review after a 8k withdrawal(previously removed 30k)
The CEO is a british man located in UAE and is also the fronter of another dubious company called PurpleFI that vanished are around the same time as riot appeared. He has i believe also been conned and i believe he is starting to distance himself from them and has removed his employment completely from them on his linkedin. The Telegram community is now full of new people who are fresh to the slaughter to be parted with their cash.
They have a ranking system and the higher you go the more money you make from the people below you so Riot are very slow to remove any of these high ranked people but if you are a C1 with a 50k account you can forget about getting your hands on it. Everyone with AML has been removed from the telegram community to prevent the spread of fear.
I am now sitting looking at an account of many thousands that i will never get my hands on and in constant conversation with many many people in the same boat. There are videos on youtube debunking riot, i suggest you take heed and do not listen to what the Cosmic lady tells you!
EDIT: I see all the dubious positive reviews on Trustpilot have been removed. Glad to see trustpilot are proactive in checking this.
Scam. Will steal your money.
This is a scam company. Basically an MLM where they use the person at the top as the bait. They will allow them to withdraw to build confidence and then take the money of everyone else. I lost my deposit of £250 and they claimed I’m
Money laundering and now say I’m under investigation. It’s a complete and utter scam. Avoid and please Google the review videos on line.
I have lost money using RiotXAI
It would appear RiotXAI have more than one page on Trust Pilot. My previous review was taken down from their last Trust Pilot page which within the last couple of days appears to have been flagged as 'Misrepresented Account - Competitor/ Spam Reviews' by RiotXAI. They are probably trying to distance themselves from the number of negative reviews which are mounting up on the old page as users of the platform experience the same issues that I have.
On their old review page RiotXAI flagged my first review as containing defamatory content so I will be absolute certain to keep this review to the facts and will not speculate as to whether RiotXAI is or is not a Ponzi scheme.
The fact is I have lost money investing in this platform. I started using the platform last September with a relatively small investment of around $750. Initially everything seemed ok and other users were posting positively about making withdrawals. RiotXAI encourage referrals with a promise of increased returns so I persuaded a few family members to take the plunge with the small minimum deposit and had other friends and family interested should I be able to show them I’d made a decent withdrawal from the platform. With the funds in my account reaching over $10,000 I thought I would try and make a withdrawal of a few thousand. This is where the fun begins.
Shortly after I made my withdrawal request I was removed from the Telegram group with no communication from RiotXAI. I raised my removal from the group with my RiotXAI relationship manager who assured me they would look into it but failed to feed back anything of help.
A couple of days passed and I got an email from RiotXAI to say that due to breaching the platforms terms and conditions my account was being closed within 30 days, the asserted breach being money laundering concerns. I was given the option of appealing this with any evidence I could provide to counter this claim but they were not able to provide any specific information as to how my account was in breach. My exchange account had been used only to deposit in to RiotXAI so the only way it could possibly be involved in money laundering is if Riot themselves are mismanaging funds. Again I contacted my relationship manager who assured me they would look into it urgently but then failed to come back with anything.
Wishing to cut my losses I requested the refunds of my deposits into the platform, an option offered by RiotXAI in their original email stating my account was in violation of AML rules. I have still not received my money back in spite of requesting it some weeks ago. Even if I do receive the refund of my deposits I am out of pocket due to crypto platform fees etc.
I would strongly recommend that anyone looking at putting money into this platform do their own research. You have no protection and RiotXAI are not FCA regulated in the UK, they state they are a software provider with funds being held on partner exchanges. There are a couple of helpful videos on You Tube made by Paul Hardingham which highlight potential risks and potential red flags around the platform which I personally have found very enlightening and useful and would signpost others towards when doing their own research.
Stay away from this broker as they are…
Stay away from this broker as they are just another scam. The system is terrible and ringed to prevent you cashing out. They would screw you over and make you lose all your money. Just forget your money once it is with them. If you seek another with great results and highly reliable then go for Vast reah llc. A great company with consistent payments.
