If I could do negative stars I totally would! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Owner is an art THEIF AND THEIR ORDERS DO NOT/WILL NOT show up on time! IF AT ALL! Good luck getting a service rep to solve the issue! I had to use email which was about as much help as listening to a meteorologist for the weather GOOD EFFING LUCK! Eff this company, not worth the migraine they induce!

Big Nope

I shop here a lot because my son loves it but the customer service is so bad I don’t even want to anymore. I was sent the wrong size shoe and had to go back in forth with customer service who was telling me I received what I ordered and the shoes run small. They sent me a sizing chart and I sent back the measurements of the shoe showing that according to THEIR sizing chart I got the wrong size. After a lot of back and forth all i received was a $25 credit and the email that was sent was so rude saying and you can keep the size 5 shoe that you ordered. So passive aggressive and this it from a professional company.

Disastrous experience, embarrassing customer service

I placed an order on November 23rd and today, December 10th, my package is still nowhere to be found. It shows as “stuck in customs clearance,” which is frankly ridiculous — even parcels coming from China don’t run into issues like this.

I contacted RIPNDIP’s customer service, and their response was somehow even worse than the situation itself: instead of showing even a minimum level of interest or professionalism, they completely washed their hands of the matter, shifting all responsibility elsewhere. I was told, with unacceptable nonchalance, that I should handle it myself and contact the carrier. This kind of attitude is the epitome of incompetence and total disregard for customers.

After nearly twenty days, I can’t even review the products because, of course, nothing has arrived.

A brand that claims to be “professional” offering service this poor is simply shameful. This will undoubtedly be the first and last time I ever order from them.

Update – December 15th

As of today, December 15th, the package has finally been delivered — 16 business days after the order was placed.
The products themselves are actually nice and meet expectations; however, this does not change the outcome of my review in any way.

The overall experience was still disastrous, marked by unacceptable delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. A smooth delivery is part of the service, not an optional extra.
Despite the quality of the merchandise, I will never order from this website again.

I was a bit worried about ordering with all the extremely negative reviews, but I decideret to give it a try, being the brand is pretty much unavailable in my country.

Ordered a few items, clothing and accessories. Everything arrived super fast, was well packaged and like the webside said, no extra import duties etc.

I will definitely order from here again.

Expensive shipping and taxes. Worst possible packaging (literally just use a plastic bag wrap), broken, damaged, and dirty products receive. Honestly wouldn't recommend, and won't buy from them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM RIPNDIP

DO NOT ORDER FROM RIPNDIP — THIS BRAND IS A COMPLETE SCAM.
I placed a $450 order to Canada, paid the extra money for their so-called “Order Protection”, and guess what? I NEVER received my order, and these clowns have been dragging me around since October. It’s now December and they STILL refuse to give me my refund.

They told me I had to file a police report — fine, I did that back in NOVEMBER. The police confirmed it and approved it. But apparently that wasn’t good enough for RIPNDIP. Then they told me I had to go get a PDF copy of the report. So I literally drove over an hour to Newmarket and paid ANOTHER $100 out of my own pocket just to get this stupid PDF. I sent it to them immediately.

And guess what?
They STILL say it’s “not approved.” They STILL say it’s “not received.”
They’re pulling excuse after excuse just to avoid giving me MY MONEY BACK.

I have now spent over $550 on an order I never received, plus extra money I should NEVER have had to spend. This company is absolutely shameless. The customer service is useless, robotic, and clearly trained to run you in circles until you give up. I’m convinced at this point that this brand survives off scamming people who never end up getting their refunds.

And just to make it even more obvious how dirty this company is:
Here’s what THEIR OWN POLICY says about Order Protection — and it’s right on their website:

“OrderProtection.com covers your order for loss, damage, theft, wrong items, defective items and missing items… If something goes wrong during shipping, you can quickly file a claim in a few clicks. You’ll receive a refund or reshipment if your claim is approved.”

“Most claims are resolved the same day.”

“Order Protection covers loss, damage, theft, wrong items, defective items, and missing items.”

NOWHERE — absolutely NOWHERE — does it say that customers must:
❌ file a police report
❌ pay for a police report
❌ drive to another city
❌ provide a paid PDF
❌ wait months
❌ beg for a refund
❌ or go through any of the bullshit I’ve been put through.

This entire process is something THEY made up to avoid giving refunds.
It is NOT part of their official policy. It is NOT written anywhere. It is 100% shady and unethical.

RIPNDIP is a scammy, unprofessional, shady-ass company and I will NEVER order from them again.
Save your money, save your time, save your sanity — don’t buy from these people unless you like being robbed.

I've been a supporter for 5+ years and…

I've been a supporter for 5+ years and the quality of clothing has just gotten worse and worse as well as their customer service.

They advertised NermBooBoos as a pre order item in late August. I purchased them along with a couple hundred $ in clothing and bc the pre order items are having issues, they are holding the rest of my order hostage even tho my purchase amount is nearly twice the free shipping amount. Like why can't you send the items that I paid for months ago? Then send the booboos once you guys figure it out? I had to also send multiple emails to get them to give me any sort of info, which wasn't much. Just that the booboos are having issues, and they will reach out when they have more info on a shipping day. So literally, nothing. My order was nearly $300 and I've spent thousands in the years. After this order, I dont think ill be supporting any more. I could have bought all the items (except the booboos) during the Labor Day sale at nearly half the price and shipped out within a week. At the very least you'd think they could have offered to send all other items I have already boughten and paid for (at full price), before everyone else did on Labor day.

These items were for a birthday. A birthday in October. Just lame.

Poor quality clothing, bad customer service

Poor quality clothing. The shirt collar turned inwards after a couple of washes. It looks terrible and it needs to be thrown out after owning it for 3 months.I contacted customer service and they never replied.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. I was getting ready to buy a few items for my son when I noticed a 10% discount for first time customers. I entered my email address and received a link to subscribe to the newsletter…I subscribed but received no discount code or instructions for getting one. I emailed “customer service” on Monday asking about how to get discount. Later that day I received a reply that said “ You should receive a code if you have not previously signed up. Thanks!” Seriously? I specifically said I signed up (never had before) and didn’t get the code. So I replied with words to that effect. On Tuesday I heard nothing back and found a phone number. So I called and left a message. Today is Wednesday and not only haven’t I received a response but there is no longer a 10% discount for first time customers. The terrible reviews come as no surprise.

I placed a order 2 months prior and the company decided to hold my order because one of the items was a preorder only for them to sell out of one of the items I already ordered and give a refund and to spilt the order between two shipments which i have just received and now in my mind im thinking WHY NOT SHIP WITH THE THINGS YOU ALREADY HAD AND WAIT UNTIL YOU GET THE PREORDER ITEM. Two words ABSOLUTE IDIOTS thank you i will never order from this website ever again and they gave me a wrong item on top of that

I ordered the fishtank

I ordered the fishtank, and it arrived completely broken. I emailed them and received a rude, abrupt answer. Admittedly I did not pay the purchase protection, but I don't pay any other company extra to deliver an unbroken product - so don't understand why I should here. I won't be getting a replacement or refund, fair enough - but don't be rude about it too.

Customer service is Non Existent …

I build a cart online and what happened was while the cart was in limbo. Somebody bought the last pair of large sweatpants, so it adjusted it to extra small with no kind of notification.
Unfortunately I make this discovery after placing the order but not long after it was still the same day so I desperately reach out on all of their social medias, Email, phone all to not get a response for two days until you guessed it the moment I get a text that says the product is shipped. Minutes after I hear from rip and dip. Basically telling me that there’s nothing they can do since the order has already been placed. This brand has cool designs. I’ll give them that, but that’s not gonna justify me giving them my money again after not owning up to a mistake that was completely out of my control and not really even hearing the customer out, Now I’m out $38 because they wouldn’t offer me a refund, or store credit even though my purchase had order protection on it.
To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. Take your business elsewhere.

I ordered two shoes which are on sale…

I ordered two shoes which are on sale and they said to size up coz it runs small, I did and yet both shoes won't fit, it's literally like a size of a kid's shoes. They just wanna get rid of their old stocks. They won't refund or exchange. Such a waste of money. Too bad they have cute stuff but the customer service is so bad that I won't order ever again. The products are overpriced as well.

My order was never delivered, poor customer service, poor reimbursement.

My order (worth 67$) was never delivered, but was stated as delivered in the tracking. But instead of Germany it was delivered to the Netherlands. After contacting the customer service (through a general email address), they said could do nothing for me, as they were not responsible for deliveries to Europe.

After quite a few emails, repeating my case, I was offered a 40$ online voucher. Despite of offering a very poor customer service experience, I contacted the forwarder and received the information that the shipment had been returned.

So I reached out again and received no answer.

UK order no refund

Ordered from UK and item received was too big. Returned at my cost (shipping to US so was expensive) and ordered an exchange in a smaller size. This was out of stock, so the order was cancelled, but Ripndip refused a refund (store credit only). Consumer Contracts Regulations apply for UK consumers including overseas and Ripndip are in breach so will pursue through Bank but will avoid Ripndip in future and suggest others do the same.
