never order from Rindip!!! I placed and paid for the order on 05/12, today it's been 14 days and the parcel has still not been sent. The company claims that it's world time and they have an extremely large number of orders, I understand everything, but if it's a problem to pack a T-shirt and send it, it doesn't take several days. The company itself wrote to me that they have 7-12 days for shipping, they keep offering me a refund and canceling the order, but I ordered the t-shirt as a gift, I don't care about the return, but about delivering the order, and they are not able to send it.

Please please please do not buy from this joke of a company. £100 spent, after a month not even dispatched. Tracking said delivered in Salt Lake City? Messaged and confirmed, it hadn’t been and wasn’t likely to be dispatched any time soon. Got a refund. Week to go until Christmas I’m now scrabbling around for gifts for my partner. And they had the audacity to send me a discount code to say sorry! Like I’m ever going to spend a penny with them again!

They didn’t send my parcel for over a month. Complained twice and they didn’t do anything. As soon as I asked them to cancel my order and refund me they sent it. Their customer service is awful they are so rude and do not care about any customers. Don’t bother wasting ur money on these scammers

Ordered three weeks ago , emailed the company and was told my order might not be sent for another week which will almost be a month after I paid and order my items ..if I knew they hold your orders back for such a long time I wouldn't of ordered..I'm mad with myself I didn't read the reviews as I see its a common for them to keep your orders for such a long time..other company's that sell ripndip get your order yove paid for posted ..gutted I paid £16 and won't get posted still in time for Christmas..they don't appear to really care like other company's that they keep you order held back for weeks ..this should be advertised clearly that as they emailed me they don't post orders you pay for untill weeks after . Its says standard delivery and I'm worrying as they don't appear to care or give you dates when it's going to being sent I just got maybe next week .

I second the comment about how this is a great brand ruining their rep by not delivering on their orders. I ordered 4 weeks ago, and there has been no update saying it’s even been dispatched! When I did write, I got a response that was something between clueless and rude. I had ordered 32 days in advance of Hanukkah to receive it by Hanukkah (Dec 18). They responded with “it may be there by Christmas,” which is a week after Hanukkah this year. First, you can’t look at a calendar, and second, it takes 5 weeks to ship out things you put in sale and are trying to get rid of? My ten-year old could do a better job with logistics.
As the previous reviewer stated, every other company I ordered from turned up 3 weeks ago. RipnDip does not care. There is no communication. Get your stuff through Zumiez, Amazon, etc. IF it’s worth it to you. If a company doesn’t want to pay its workers enough to do their jobs, there is something rotting from the center.
Been a Ripndip fan since 2017
Been a Ripndip fan since 2017, have spent thousands on the brand (despite ordering to the UK) and it actually has thoroughly inspired me creatively in my own business approach when I was originally setting up. However, as seems to be a pattern with the other reviews here, ordered on 18/11/22 and still have had no shipping confirmation since then.
Dreadful service, breaking their own shipping policies which they quite happily set themselves and have now changed 4 times (yet still my order is outwith them). Their CS is just so poor as others mention, it's like texting someone who could care less - this is meant to be a successful and well established company so why they're not even bothering to have a few people on this is beyond me.
Seriously let down, both by this experience and by the fact that this will sadly be me last purchase with them as I'm now letting down multiple friends who I'd purchased gifts for. Gutting.

This company is gutter trash
It's a shame I have to even give them one star. This company is trash. It takes them about a month to even acknowledge that you made an order. Then once they do recognize that you gave them money they will gaslight you with excuses and refuse a refund for something you never received. Do not give this company the chance to steal your money or time. I hope the people behind this company go bankrupt.

I purchased a ceramic plate from
Ripndip and the item waa delivered in a protective box; however, upon opening it the plate was badly chipped in places. This is not how the item appeared on the website in photos, nor did the description mention the item might come badly chipped in places.
It is apparent the item was broken before it was sent as there were no fragments inside the box. It would appear that Ripndip do not have any adequate quality control measures in place.
I contacted Ripndip only to receive a completely nonchalant and ambivalent response. They denied any issue with the product despite photographic proof to the contrary that it was badly chipped. As the item was a plate, any chips or damage to the surface invites bacteria to enter into the broken edges when used. When the plate is washed, contaminated water will seep under the ceramic coat and discolour and lift the finish. No one wants to receive an item that is broken, particularly when paying full price as I did.
Despite this, all Ripndip customer service offered me was a gift card for the value of the plate but there is nothing further that I wish to purchase from them. Plus their shipping costs are also very high so this would leave me out of pocket, They sold me a defective product and all I had reasonably wanted was my money back for the item. Instead all that I received was denial of the problem followed by inadequate action and an inappropriate solution as a response. No apology was offered at any time. The final insult was their closing comment which was punctuated by an exclamation mark. In verbatim this was their response.
“I can issue a gift card for the value of the plate but this does not appear to be defective.
Thanks!”
Needless to say, I will not be shopping with Ripndip again after this experience as they have proven themselves to be a rude, sneaky and extremely dishonest retailer selling defective products. BUYER BEWARE indeed! Do not waste your money.
Didn’t receive my items
Didn’t receive my items and when I contacted them they wouldn’t provide a refund or replacement. Waited 3 weeks to get a clear bag that wasn’t from ripndip. Have a feeling they are scamming.

I ordered my item on October 20th however I still haven't received any notice that my item has been shipped as right now on 11/14th.
When I asked what's going on this what they replied to me.
"Essentially our shipping partner refused to process our orders and removed us from their warehouse without notice last week. We have now moved into a new facility and we are processing your order and they estimate it will ship early next week"
This was the last email I received and still no movements.UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST.

Similar experience to others. Been waiting over 6 weeks for package and no update on tracking page for weeks. Customer service extremely unhelpful, keep just replying in 3 word emails saying it’s on its way despite no change in tracking for 3 weeks. Really disappointing.
