What a fantastic company. To start with I bought a bedding set. A couple of days later I saw everything was 20% off! I contacted them to cheekily ask if I could have 20% off as had just bought mine. They refunded me 20% without question.

A couple of weeks later I noticed a little tear in the duvet cover. I had washed and dried as per instructions.
Marjorie responded immediately and I am now receiving a brand new duvet cover!
There was no hassle - just understanding and kindness.
I can only highly recommend Rise and Fall. The bedding is beautiful. I think I was very unlucky to get a little tear in mine.
They are brilliant. Will definitely be buying more!

I bought a crisp and cool fitted sheet. It' OK. I'm not sure what I was hoping for, possibly a bedding miracle, and this is not it.

Rise & Fall proclaim that 'thread count' is a bit of a myth. However, their sheet is rough and scratchy in comparison to our existing 200-300 thread count sheets.

And the elastic? Well, there's a lot of it and it's wide and tough. When the sheet is first put on, it's super tight, which is great. The next day however, it's just as rumpled as other fitted sheets, but the elastic makes it much trickier to get the sheet 'undone' to flap it about and make it tight again.

Elastic also makes it difficult to hang on the line.

A gimmick I fell for. It's an expensive mistake at £57 including postage for one king size sheet.

Easy order and quick delivery, though. Lovely presentation cover for the sheet.

I’ve ordered a few things from rise and fall now and I’ve all been of excellent quality. It’s not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and I appreciate the transparency around pricing. I will order from them again.

I recently purchased the linen bedding set and throw from Rise & Fall, and I couldn’t be happier!

The quality is great, the linen feels beautiful, and you can tell real care has gone into the product (On par with well-known brands like Quince in the US) but with the bonus of supporting a brilliant small UK business 🙌🏼

For me what set them apart (and why I’m writing this), was the customer service. I had a minor issue with one of my items, and the response was almost instant!

The crisp and cool duvet set and thier fitted ground sheet are AMAZING

I am very pleased with the quality of the Soft & Smooth Cotton Duvet Set and the customer service received from Marjorie.

The quality is not quite White Company, but then the price is much more affordable.

I’ve always found the quality of Rise & Fall’s products to be excellent and also very good value. I can’t comment on customer service because I’ve never had any issues. A suggestion would be that they offer four pillowcases with double/king sets. It’s easy to add two to white sets but not the colours.

I have purchased bedding from Rise & Fall for a long time, I always buy the deep fitted sheets, fits my bed beautifully and the sheet is the best quality I’ve bought, it’s soft and feels luxurious- I would 💯 recommend the bedding, it’s a bit more expensive, however I keep coming back to it every time I buy bedding 😊

Absolutely fantastic product. These are the best fitting fitted sheets I have ever bought they pull under the mattress to give a perfectly smooth surface. A thick elastic band which is not going to stretch slack and a smooth,soft ,crisp finish. So nice against the skin.

Excellent customer services when I had a problem with a product .Easy to communicate with and prompt responses .Replacement sent out immediately. Furthermore the quality of their bedding is superb and great value .Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will continue to be a loyal customer .

I had been coveting this pink wrap for ages. When I saw it at reduced price I had to order it. Absolutely lovely and I love that they have a little card inside box telling you cashmere gets better with age and wear. I also have rise and fall sheets for my bed and they are excellent. Very Happy

I am buying more sheets and pillowcases as I love the bed linen. I have also bought wonderful jumpers in the past.
I have also introduced a friend to the brand and he too is now a fan.
The bottom fitted sheets they make is fantastic. The elastic that Rise and Fall use, is a wonder. The elastic of other makes have lost their elasticity over time but R&S have not. Pure quality at affordable prices. I can highly recommend buying from Rise and Fall. Excellent customer support too.

Excellent bedding, delivered promptly

I have previously bought a deep fitted sheet, which I thought was fantastic. It fits my mattress and topper perfectly and does not move or wrinkle. Quality is lovely and washes well.
I then ordered another sheet, a few weeks ago, which was to be delivered by Royal Mail - 48 hour delivery. I waited over a week , and checked Royal Mail app - but it never arrived.
I emailed Rise and Fall - to update them about this issue and submitted photographic evidence from Royal Mail app.
Rise and Fall reissued my order, which arrived via DPD within 24 hours.
I thoroughly recommend Rise and Fall - for their high quality sheets , and also for their fantastic customer service.
I look forward to purchasing again.

Lovely products and fantastic customer service

I have been a returning customer since 2018 when the company started. The bed linen is exceptional, hotel quality. The fitted sheets do not move on the bed due to the strong elastic used. The customer care is also excellent. I strongly recommend this company on all levels.
