Quality products and very quick customer service.

Great customer service team. They get back to you super promptly, are helpful and polite. I really like their bedsheets and the cashmere snoods I bought for family gifts were well-loved.

Saw Rise & Fall advertising the extra deep fitted sheet on FB. Never quite sure about some companies who advertise on FB but did my research and went ahead and ordered one. I was not disappointed - the sheet is a lovely cool cotton fabric with a very robust elastic that keeps the sheet in place on our v deep mattress.
I had to return the pillow cases as I ordered SK which were huge. The return was outside the 30 days but customer service honoured their policy and gave me a credit to exchange for the right size. After this experience I would order from R& F again.

Excellent products and service. Even when the parcel was returned to sender by Royal Mail, a replacement parcel was with me the next day. I have bought bedding and other products from Rise & Fall on a number of occasions, I have always been pleased with their excellent quality and service.

My first time using and my order didn’t arrive. But the customer service follow up was excellent beyond my expectations.

The product quality is fantastic, Marjorie in customer service is brilliant once you get her attention but the shipping is abysmal.

Ordered 3 bedding sets on the 2nd April, got a dispatch confirmation on the 6th April, no delivery by the 9th April so chased as they promise a 2 day delivery.

Royal Mail tracking stated that Royal Mail were still waiting for my parcel. 10 days later the Royal Mail are still waiting for my parcel.

Chased with Rise and Fall and it was only after I told them I would start a Section 75 chargeback that they decided to act.

Replacement order finally sent on the 14th April and delivered by DPD on the 15th April.

Would I use them again? Probably but only paying by credit card to give me Section 75 protection.

Firstly, I love the product - my organic cotton sheets are fabulous in looks, quality and feel luxurious.

Secondly, the towels I ordered were faulty. Rise and Fall replaced them swiftly and send a returns lable for the faulty towels. Excellent customer service.

The duvet set I ordered is perfect. The quality and comfort are superb. Moreover, the customer service was outstanding. I can't rate them highly enough.

Incredibly beautiful, well made clothing and bedding. Pieces are understated but unusual - quietly elegant. I have a number of R&F womens wear items and they instantly elevate other pieces in my wardrobe. And the bedding gets better and better with every wash. Delivery is fast and packages well presented. Their customer service is also top notch. Special shout out to Marjorie.

We recently got a larger bed and the only place we knew we’d order our bedding is Rise & Fall. We’ve had a fitted sheet previously and the quality is amazing so this time we bought the whole set, it’s lovely! Such great quality! I’d love some more!

I have purchased a number of cashmere items from Rise and Fall and have been pleased with the quality. Recently a hoodie developed a fault. This problem was dealt with promptly and the item replaced. Thank you Rise and Fall excellent customer service

Very efficient and helpful when returning an item.

The fitted sheets from Rise & Fall are the best I have ever used. They stay in place, no need for constant remaking beds, the fabric is very high quality and the range of colours available is excellent. I bought them for all our beds, and a spare set too. I plan to clear out all the other fitted sheets in the house as they do not stay in place.

They have not posted on their site the review I submitted through their own survey.
Suede coat arrived covered in pores all over, not nice plush suede. Emailed to ask if any available without pores for exchange. No answer to my question about an exchange, just that the "pores effect" is natural.
Emailed several more times, pointing out I just wanted an answer to my question if they have any without pores to exchange. They kept asking for more photos, including of the tag (insinuating I'd worn the coat).
After offering £200 credit twice and still not answering my question, finally answered - no suede trench coats without pores.
Clear attempt to get me to accept a coat they can not sell as it's sub standard quality.
Now returned (a week ago) and no acknowledgement of receipt nor refund processed.
Great concept (well .. if the products were the same quality as more expensive sites) but shoddy service!
Pay cheap, pay twice (in time, effort and frustration!)

Absolutely adore the softness of the Soft and Smooth bedding. On this occasion it is pillow cases they are so lovely to lie on a go to sleep in the softness thank you

I have ordered 2 king and 1 double fitted sheets and the quality is excellent, the sheets actually stay on the beds which is a bonus. The sheets arrived on time and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them.
