Service is great faster speeds for…

They have called me and been awesome to make it right with the installation. They are coming to fix it and have been very professional. Highly recommended! Service is the best

Service is great faster speeds for sure. Happy with people I have talked to on the phone. Installer who installed the service drilled holes through walls hanging cords never cleaned up after himself. Wires on the ground. It looks horrible. I called and said he even left tools. When I talked to the installer he said sorry and didn’t even offer to fix or make it look better. Horrible job on the install that I will have to fix and pay to make it look good.

The price is OK

The price is OK. The reps were excellent. The installer was excellent. I have a good signal most of the time. The only con is it isn't as fast as I hoped for. It says "UP TO" 100mps but it hasn't come very close to that yet. 75-80 on a good day. 25-30 during the day at times.

Beware - don't plan to use a fax line

Beware, despite saying YES:
"Can I use a Fax Machine on Rise Broadband’s Active Phone Digital phone service?

Yes, however keep in mind that sending a fax over Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is less reliable than a standard fixed-line (land line)."

Customer service repeatedly says we do not/can not support fax.

To clarify you are able to use a fax machine on Rise Broadband's active phone. However please keep in mind that Rise cannot guarantee that every make or model will work with VOIP service, so it is best to refer to your instruction manual for more information on your particular unit.

The online help for getting service was very helpful. The Technician was pleasant and easy to work with on the install and so far great signal strength.

Every day my internet goes out and I have to call in to get my internet reset to get turned back on. They can't figure out if I'm a relocate or a new sale even though my equipment never left my property. Ready to leave!!
