Great earphones. These are my first in ear Bluetooth earphones and they've sold it for me I don't think I'd ever go back to wired earphones. And the service was great I'll definitely buy more products from rise in the future.

Great product, would highly reccomed

Fantastic! Small enough to carry around, clear enough to hear easily without needing to turn up the volume. In fact, the clarity means I’ve actually been able to turn down the volume. Well made, although the feed hole for the handstrap has defeated me entirely!

I received the headphones promptly and have used them numerous times already for running and walking. They are comfortable,remain in the ear and the sound quality is exceptional I recommend them highly.

The speakers work really well, especially when both are connected together. The sound quality is great and they connect to my phone really quickly. All round great product.

She resolved my issues related to missing the parcel which wasn’t delivered to me initially and was keen and really customer-focused Into resolving my problem. I purchased my rise traveller speaker to take with me travelling and its amazing. It's small in size but powerful enough to listen to my music.

Good quality sound and excellent battery life. It rechargeable via USB.

RISE Traveler customer service was more than helpful. They shipped me a SHIELD Carbon Fiber Wallet a second time in matter of minutes after my first one was shipped back. I’m very happy about their product and how they handle the situation.

This is a wonderful company and have earned my business with earbuds from now on! And Hazel is AMAZING! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP! It has taken 7 months to finally get my pair but well worth it. First pair was broken when I received them however they promised to replace them as soon as they had more stock. That didnt happen till July. They were delivered on my bday July 7th and stolen off my porch. Was unaware they had sent them contacted them asking if any word on when I would get mine, of course they showed delivered. Still after this sent another replacement let me know to look for them the first week in August and finally got them. Well worth the wait as my ears are small and they fit me great! All others earbuds fall out. Thank you Rise!

All i can really say right now is these guys are truly amazing. i cant wait to see what other things they come out with. 110% worth it.

I purchased an Infinity Solar Charger in Dec 2019 as a Christmas present for my wife. The delivery was delayed due to some regulations on sending battery based products so it did not arrive until early January. The charger has since gone faulty when we tried to use it mid-March. I have been trying to contact RISE via email ever since (using website and the email address used when they informed me of the delay in delivery) and no response received. Terrible service; if you are looking to purchase from them I suggest you look for an alternative supplier.

I ordered an mini boom box 7th March and am still waiting. My Inquiries have not been replied to and the the tracking number does not work - similar to other reviews I've read. This is unacceptable, my co-worker & I ordered them the same day, she received hers and I did not. I want either the item I ordered or a full-refund, I will contact my bank soon.

I brought a solo mobile phone charger about 7 weeks ago and still weighting now

I ordered an Infinity Charger on 14th March and am still waiting after 7 weeks. My enquiries have not been replied to and the the tracking number does not work - similar to other reviews I've read. I've given the company the benefit of the doubt in these difficult times but this is unacceptable. I don't understand why a company who appear to produce good quality goods are so poor.

I ordered a PowerBank and 2 boom speakers back at the start of February and am still waiting. They have stopped replying to my emails and I have heard nothing from them in 2 weeks. I would like the products I paid for or a full refund! If the products arrive I will update this review
