Further to my post on 9th January Rise did make contact with me and a speedy refund was arranged. The charger has turned up in this morning’s post and it does seem a decent piece of kit, hopefully they will sort the shipping issues for future.

My order was delivered by Royal Mail, but not to the right address, and Danielle was completely professional and delightful in her handling of the situation - communicating well throughout, and ensuring we received our replacement order as soon as possible. I can't recommend her highly enough, and will return to Rise when we need their products. Oh, and the travel adapter is very compact and comprehensive - I'd recommend that too.

Awful customer service - Can't get a response to change a mistake on the shipping address, tracking number doesn't work either so won't even get what I've ordered now. easily fixed if they answered their emails.

I have placed an order over a week ago. I understand it is the Christmas period but I have asked for an estimated time and had absolutely no response from customer services in days. Website should not state 48hrs despatch as this is very misleading.

I bought a solar charger for my wife, (she is very sick at the moment and may not last before Christmas). There was a bit of a delay, expected considering it is the Holiday period. I informed them i needed the charger asap and explained the reason. In all my nearly fifty years ive never experienced customer service like it. They refunded my money in case it didnt arrive, luckily it did arrive, and they told me to keep the charger as a Christmas gift. They did answer and chase up any questions i had at the delay, i can not fault them. Understanding, compassion, generosity, they have it all. In these days of dog eat dog it's great that there are people like this trying to make a living but considering others. Check them out guys please they have some excellent products and they consider others.

I purchased two miniBOOM Portable Bluetooth Speaker. One on the 29th of November and the other on the 2nd of December. Two payment was removed from my account. I still haven't received both speakers. I completed the enquiry form on their website as that was the only way to get in touch with the customer service and no response, not even a confirmation email acknowledging my enquiry. I've ordered the speaker from them before through 02 priority and it arrived on time hence my surprise for my order to be taking so long this time. Send my orders or refund my money please. Thanks

Rubbish I placed an order and have still not received it 3 weeks later. It had to come from China and I have had no resonance to why it has not been delivered. I have asked for a response or my money back.

Great customer service. I had a hiccup with my mailing address and the nice folks at Rise were right on top of making sure my order would get to me.

I have recently brought the INFINITY PORTABLE SOLAR CHARGER, unfortunately it wouldn't charge via the solar panels, so I contacted there customer care team via email, I have been dealing with Danielle who was very good she offered a suggestion to try and get it working, that didn’t work so I got back in touch and she has now sent me a new one in the post, the customer service I have received has been brilliant, and wish that other companies would take a leaf from there book, as for the product it’s a great idea to be able to charge your devises without keep using a plug, it’s well made and fits in your bag or pocket like your phone does, I would definitely recommend to friends and family

I bought two of their solar powered portable chargers through their O2 Priority deal a while back. Due to demand the package was delayed (understandable), but unfortunately when it finally arrived only 1 of the batteries was included. RISE were very apologetic and they offered me a full refund, but I decided to get another one sent to me instead. I received regular updates and further apologies about the situation. With regards to the battery, it is lightweight, durable and able to be charged even in dimmed light. Pretty pleased.

Made an order with rise the product turned up and it did exactly what it was supposed to do. Good quality products. And brilliant customer service. Have and will use again and again

I purchased two things from Rise Traveller over the past 2 months, the solar charger & the universal travel adapter - i can only confirm that they both look top quality as i haven't used either yet.
I did have an issue with one of my orders but the customer service I've received has been faultless and was always kept updated.
