Rishikesh adiyogi is one of the best school in rishikesh. Anoop sir is one of the knowledgeable and a great teacher. All the classes mean more individual attention and describe very nicely. Rishikesh adiyogi gives a very safe environment to learn and experience the real meaning of yoga. In reshikesh many schools are there but most of the schools are lack of knowledge or they just pretending themself like traditional way of teaching so in reshikesh, this school is best one beacuse of guru ji, anoop purohit ji. He has the teaching experience like more than decades in international level and i had practice with him in teacher training course, i learned subtle level of knowledge like therapeutical way of healing the body and also spritual way of awakening the mind so am so glad to had experienced with him practice session so which is, i had lot of changes and improvement in my practice levep and also in mental level.

Did a 200 hour yoga teacher training course under the guidance of Anoop sir . Each day in his class was intense, energetic and full of learning. The way he teaches anatomy and explains the importance of each joint is commendable. He has 15 years of versatile experience of training. The philosophical knowledge which he has , adds one more feather to his cap. Best teacher anyone could ever have for learning the nuances of yoga. Highly recommend.

The training was great, I'm 57 and very active, snowboarding to golf. This training was very good for the body. Keeping me healthy. The education side was fanominal, very informative. I would definitely continue learning.
