Excellent and good

Yoga for 15 to 20 min a day will refresh you for whole day. This place is very nice.teaching method is very nice. Just go for yoga there.

I joined this school for 200 hour Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. The days spent in this school changed my perception on yoga. I gained so much knowledge on yoga in philosophy class conducted by Swami Ji. His style of teaching is epic. Also, Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher’s way of teaching is also great. You will learn alot about Ashtanga vinyasa Asanas and gazing points. This class is worth it for sure. Hatha class was also one of my favourite. You will learn the basic and core muscles knowledge here. How to warm up the core muscles and how to work on your body step by step. And now Anatomy class, what a knowledgeable teacher the school has when it comes to Anatomy. He has the core knowledge about the body organs and muscles. Also, he has great books references on Anatomy. The way of teaching is also applaudable. He demonstrates the main core muscles and bones too practically. Love it. Last Pranayama class. Also, this class introduced me to various pranayamas (breathing techniques and style) and also taught me the pranayamas according to season and ailments. I totally love the experience and teaching. Also the place and food is also worth the money.

I completely my 200h teacher training in November 2023 and am honestly blown away with everything!
The teaching was amazing - 1lm of our teachers were really knowledgeable.
The accommodation was fantastic and the good was also.
The management went above and beyond for us. We went on a few excursions, we celebrated two birthdays and also Diwali. Quite possibly the best vacation in my life. Highly recommend and I've also booked to go back to do my 50h Yin Yoga course next year with my daughter! 😁

I did a 200 hour Yoga teacher training and a Yin yoga course afterwards in november 2023. I can highly recommend this school. The best teachers, the best staff, the best chef and hence the great food. Rajiv, who is your first contact before arriving couldn't be nicer. The whole set up is great!! Book this school and you're sure of having a great stay and great skills as a yoga teacher 🤩

I love India and I love Indian people. I in love with Rishikesh I had a wonderful time at yoga school. 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course was a fantastic experience! I am grateful to have undertaken instruction from some of the best instructors in the area and I have gained valuable knowledge. This period was transformational for my body, mind, and spiritual path in life, and I appreciate the opportunity of this experience. The classes were organized and covered with the multi-disciplinary channels of Yogic Philosophy, yoga asanas, meditation, pranayama, Munda and so much more. School has a comfortable residency, feel safe and a very nice staff of people that are always keen on helping and supporting. The teachers are excellent and kind, caring and very knowledgeable. They have a great march of discipline with themselves and that can be shown by the way they speak and transmit their lessons. They are truly interested in sharing they knowledge with you their knowledge and unique tools to take back home. The food was delicious and extraordinary, wonderful time touring around to see the temples, in touch with the nature(Ganga river, waterfall and walking your around Rishikesh). I highly recommended! There is so much learning experience I will go back again. Thank you so much. Namaste

Before doing my ttc in rishikesh traditional yoga school I have heard that teaching style of teachers and the food in the yoga school is amazing but not just that after few days of joining I found a different vision of lifestyle. teacher rajeev shared his own experience with us and teacher sudeep was really supportive and motivating during the whole course. Choosing RISHIKESH TRADITIONAL YOGA SCHOOL for ttc was the best decision ever.

An amazing place to meet like minded people from all over the world. Teachers are very experienced, knowledgeable, helpful and keep the class environment very light and joyful. Finally I got a place and people where I learnt the Holistic meaning of Yoga.

I have done yin yoga 100 hour from RTYS and that was one of the finest phase of my life.
The Course is designed in a very specific manner plus the Rajeev sir teaches with lots of enthusiasm & modify the yoga asanas so easily as if you were living your life in bliss state.
All the teachers deserves huge appreciation from our side, and i felt blessed to learnt from him & its team.

If you want to live or feel the real aspect of yoga, then this is it, that's the best place where i would recommend to all my friends.

I went to Rishikesh to learn from the best and I did… Rajeev is very knowledgeable and he has a very good way to handle the class and queuing.
