I truly enjoyed my yoga teacher training here. Everything was very well organized, and the small group size allowed for a lot of personal attention for each student. This created a much more intimate and supportive atmosphere, where we could go deeper into discussions and really explore the material in a way that suited everyone’s individual needs.
I was genuinely surprised by how much yoga encompasses it is so much more than just the physical postures that most people associate it with. This experience has been incredibly inspiring for me.
I will definitely come back for the 300-hour training, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone considering a yoga course. The staff is amazing, and the teachers are highly skilled, approachable, and truly supportive.
The peaceful environment makes it easy to fully focus on your practice without distractions, and everything you might need whether for relaxing or studying is within walking distance.

Not happy with service

They will call your and tell you to review it five star and they will say to paid 155. Rs and tell you to join telegram and send code then they will block you on telegram and also will say go to hell so totally spam and unprofessional rating system.

Fraud service ased rating

I think it was unlucky to be there in January and February. It was freezing cold, there was no heater. The food was delicious. But because of the cold a lot of the pupils got sick. That's not healthy, right? We asked for a hair dryer, but they hadn't. We should buy one.. It had under 10 degrees.. I wouldn't recommend this place in January and February.

Awesome experience

Great school I had very low experience on yoga and decided to embrace my journey and go to mother India. To improve my yoga practice and Arogya was a great place to do this

I went to Arogya Yoga School for a mini 3 day yoga retreat whilst I was visiting Rishikesh. I didn’t know much about the school before arriving, but my experience there totally surpassed my expectations. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The yoga teacher was really calm and he taught me so much about yoga in 3 days than what I have learned in total from all of the yoga classes I have been to before in my life, allowing me to progress rapidly during these 3 days. The other teachers at the school (teaching anatomy, philosophy, etc.) were also really good and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my time at the school and am considering going back for the full teacher training. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to learn how to do yoga the correct way it was originally intended (not the watered down versions we have in the west), or wanting to become a teacher!

I learnt sound healing and 300 hours of Yoga teacher training course in Arogya and I must say It was one of the best decision of my life. They have the best Management to be specific Mr. Rajneesh Bhatt (he is very helpful, cooperative and understanding) and best teachers like Azaad Sir for Yoga and Mahesh Sir for Yoga therapy and philosophy. Add on is everyone lives like one big family.

They provide home cooked food, this school is located far from city chaos and noise, you naturally get healed and healthy by just being here for some time.

He knew a lot about yoga and taught us in a way that was easy to understand. He was always patient and made sure we all felt comfortable. He even helped us outside of class. Thanks to him, we not only learned yoga but also gained confidence to become yoga teachers ourselves. Azad sir made our experience at the school truly special.
Suresh and Jagdamba bhaiya at Arogya Yoga School are incredible. They not only prepare delicious, nutritious meals but also show genuine care by accommodating dietary preferences and ensuring everyone's well-being. Their warm hospitality adds a beautiful dimension to the yoga school experience.

Every person from the school made me feel like home.
Asana Training: We had Azad sir leading asana practice everyday. Physically challenging but mentally joyful. He is pure n simple n so easy to be around.

Theory Classes: Teachers with immense knowledge. If you show interest, they will support n guide you forever. They taught me how to think. Again, felt like family. Special mention to Mahesh sir. He is a vibe!

Food: Dada is OG chef. Home style, simple and damn tasty food. We had a couple of students from outside India, most of them fell in love.

Facilities: Great facilities. I shared a room it was fantastic. It was like home. Yoga Hall on 2nd floor has magical energy.

And then there's Rajneesh bhai. He runs everything. He has solutions for almost everything. Business, relationships, food, facilities, he knows everything. Great human being.

Focussed curriculum and dedicated knowledgeable teachers. Overall it's a reformation process that we all need from time to time.

I did a 200h Meditation TTC at Arogya Yoga School and it was an absolutely amazing experience. I especially enjoyed the Asana and the Philosophy classes as well as the Meditation and I am so grateful for all the wonderful teachers and people I met there 🙏✨️ It was truly a life changing experience and definitely just the right school for me since I felt immediately like home there. The school offers a peaceful and positive environment and the beautiful Ganga is just 5 Mins away. The food - especially the breakfast - is delicious. I enjoyed every minute of the TTC and I can only highly recommend the Arogya Yoga School 🧘🏼‍♀️ Thank you so much for this fantastic experience 🙏
